The room was not clean, the toilet was not flushed, the water heater was broken and there was no hot water, people were smoking in the upstairs and downstairs rooms, the stairwell was full of smoke, the soundproofing was not good and it was quite noisy

Apar**ent hotel. Convenient, fast and affordable. Especially on the rainy night when the typhoon hit. They took me in and the electric fan dried my clothes. It was great.
