It was the amazing place i have visited. Had a great welcome from front line staff. Room is perfect and had a great view. Dinner and breakfast was amazing and very tasty. Breakfast bufet had a wide selection of western and local food. I requested to arrange a birthday cake at the breakfast time and they were arranged a tasty cake with special birthday surprise. Overall can be give 10 out of 10.

The location is a little bit biased, but it ’s okay because it ’s all-inclusive. When you enter, you need to go through security checks. Welcome drinks are available. I am very satisfied with the hotel. The scenery is beautiful. The food is delicious. The service is attentive and warm. It happened that my aunt didn't have any sanitary napkins. The hotel didn't sell them. The staff helped me borrow some. Thank you to them.

The infinity pool of Bawa architecture is a wonderful hotel. Many of the customers seemed to be from Sri Lanka. There were many people like honeymooners, but there were surprisingly many families and families. Although the hotel was a little old, it was solidly built and there was no problem with the plumbing. Service outside the restaurant was very good. The restaurant seems to take more than 30 minutes to bring out what you ordered at lunch. And it was a little cold. Coffee for breakfast also took quite a while to come out. Housekeeping and receptionists were very nice.

The best holiday with this hotel 💕 Rest from 23.10.23 to 02.11.23 and here it was perfect. We were booked at another hotel within Galle Fort which told us they had double booked and there was no room for us for one night - so The Heritage was our second choice. We liked the place so much we cancelled the first hotel we had booked and stayed at The Heritage for our entire holiday. Its a quiet, clean, spacious hotel with wonderfully warm and friendly staff. Our room was large with probably the largest bed we had ever slept on and the bathroom was also spacious. We loved the huge veranda with comfy lounge chairs, a perfect place for reading and chilling. On site free parking is a huge bonus for a hotel inside the Fort. The food is very good and the Sri Lankan coffee is excellent. The lovely garden with Araliya trees next to the dining area is very relaxing. The spa is small but the therapists are excellent and the prices are reasonable. We had to check out early and the staff were very accommodating, making sure we had an excellent early breakfast before departure. The location of the hotel is great, very central to many restaurants, shops, the ramparts and all the other attractions of the beautiful Galle Fort. We really enjoyed our stay at this wonderful hotel and we will definitely be back.

This hotel is the most impressive and satisfying one in the entire Sri Lankan itinerary. It completely exceeded expectations and surpassed the other two heritage hotels in my heart. The hotel has only 4 rooms with English-style butler service. It is very quiet and can provide better services. You can choose the breakfast you want according to your own taste (there are local style, Western European style and various options). You can tell the housekeeper the meal time and food the day before, and the next morning will be specially made for you and delivered to the room or in the room. The open-air dining bar at the entrance, anyway, the overall service is butler-style, plus the overall decoration style, this kind of style has only been seen in British dramas before, I really love this kind of place, if it is not for the next day, I really want to If you stay for a few more days, Galle itself is a bit similar to Gulangyu Island in China. It is very suitable for a leisurely vacation, and this kind of butler service is really relaxing.

We can not say enough good things about our stay at this beautiful boutique hotel. The entire staff was welcoming and attentive to details. We arrived at 3:00am and the hotel had prepared some fruit and sandwiches for our arrival. My wife is celiac and the staff did an amazing job ensuring there were food options available for her. They even prepared traditional Sri Lankan food for us to try. The beach club gets very busy during the day but we still felt like the only guests there. This place has a great island vibe with music and different entertainment daily. We will definitely be returning before the end of our trip.

Located at the C position in the ancient city of Galle, you can walk to the lighthouse, the church and the barefoot that you must visit within two steps. The hotel's welcome ceremony was very pleasantly surprised, leaving a little suspense. The environment and service are impeccable. The coffee for breakfast is highly recommended, and you can go for food nearby for dinner. When checking out, the butler sent a small cattail fan as a souvenir. Overall, it is highly recommended, and I hope to stay longer next time.
