一般吧。需要改進地方不少。。訂房間選擇的是高平排第一的酒店。 1.可以點餐送到房間。做好一道送一次。大過節缺人手的沒毛病。五星 2.硬件有點差了。浴巾是破損的了。換了吧。。。浴室的噴頭和花灑都是需要修理。噴水不正 3.早餐一星都不想給。九點半閉餐。八點四十五去基本空了。西餐區。切片麪包都沒了。提醒了一下上了幾片。鹹菜都不補麼？服務人員那麼多就不能派個人巡查一下。缺少的補一下。。九點後來了很多帶孩子家長。都沒見補餐。。差評。。實在不行一人給袋麪包。一杯熱牛奶吧。。省得去吃了。希望改進吧。。硬件不差。差在服務。

過來出差看着評價過來的，1.酒店在市中心樓下到新紅旗生活廣店100米，買東西吃喝都很方便。2.前台辦理入住熱情貼心，會耐心講解酒店洗衣服房，給免費送洗衣服，很貼心，3.酒店房間很乾凈，床單很乾凈，看着就很放心，客房大姐也主動給送礦泉水，非常滿意，真心推薦！！！
