I stayed 4 nights at the hotel. My room was on cleaned once, and at my request. And even then for some reason the toilet and sink were not cleaned. The bathroom started smelling of sewage the 2nd day, when I called they came and poured some liquids down the drains which seemed to help. Started again the 3rd day and when I called, they said they would send someone but never did. For such a high rated hotel I was very disappointed and wouldn't recommend.

Excellent five star hotel.
Very comfortable and pleasant stay.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke English.
Rooms were spacious and clean.
Buffet breakfast was slightly disappointing as very limited selection and no beverages other than water.. not five star standard.
Otherwise a really excellent hotel.
