"Dear IBB Hotel Management Team, I recently had the pleasure of staying at the IBB Hotel in Gdansk and I am writing to express my gratitude and appreciation. First of all, the hotel's location is excellent. It is conveniently located in the center of Gdansk, with many famous attractions within walking distance. It is undoubtedly an ideal place to stay for tourists who like to explore the city. Secondly, the hotel's facilities and the quality of the rooms are excellent. The rooms are spacious and bright, with modern and comfortable decoration and all the necessary facilities. The daily room cleaning service is also very good and maintains a high standard of hygiene. In addition, the hotel's breakfast is rich and varied, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. The elegant environment of the restaurant and the friendly and professional service staff make every day a particularly pleasant start. What impressed me most was the hotel's service. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and responsive. Not only did they provide a lot of useful information about the tour, but they were also ready to solve any problems we encountered during our stay. This meticulous care made our stay even more perfect. Overall, IBB Hotel Gdansk was a highlight of my trip with its great location, quality facilities and excellent service. "Okay location, not really quiet rooms. Lots of running can be heard inside the room. Very small shower, inconsistent water temperature. Toilet seat mounted unreasonably high and uncomfortable. Quite old TV but in a weird position and blocked by the desk light. Very, very, VERY BAD BEDS. It felt like getting skewered in the ribcage! Budget friendly but very outdated hotel and beds like torture tables. Would consider alternatives even if farther."

"The hotel is beautifully located. Right by the river, so everything is close. The rooms are beautiful. The service is very nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the restaurant. The dishes were very small at very high prices. Plus the waiter service, which the customer only finds out about when paying the bill. Maybe this is standard. I don't know. I just didn't like it, that's why I'm pointing it out."

"Pokój bardzo czysty, łóżka wygodne. Obsługa bardzo miła. Mieliśmy maly problem przy meldunku bo mimo że zrobiliśmy rezerwacje na dwie osoby dorosłe i dziecko, to jednak hotel dostał potwierdzenie naszego noclegu tylko na dwie osoby dorosłe, bez dziecka. Szybko zostało to skorygowane ma recepcji hotelowej i w ciągu 15 minut już mieliśmy pościelona sofę dla dziecka, mega profesjonalne podejście. Śniadania Super, bardzo duży wybór różnych dań, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. No i oczywiście hotel bardzo dobrze umiejscowiony. Blisko do dworca PKP i parku oliwskiego. Polecam. Ja na pewno jeszcze raz skorzystam"

"Next to the lively pedestrian street! About 10 minutes walk from the train station! There are trams and buses nearby that go directly to the airport! The breakfast is very rich and the front desk is very enthusiastic! The room is large and clean!"

"Family holiday trip, staying at this hotel in Gdansk, this is a city center location, just on Amber Street, right outside, it is not far from all attractions, there is bottled water, no phone in the room, no kettle and coffee Machine, as you can freely enjoy tea or coffee with your room card in the lobby. The room is also good. Our room is an interior view room, the lobby lights are bright, the room has blackout curtains, and the breakfast is also good for me. Although not as good as a domestic four-star hotel, it was quite good during our trip. If there is a chance to go to Poland, this place is pretty good"

"Very pleasant stay. Check in was quick and easy. Room was cleaned well, nicely decorated, good lighting, comfortable mattress, clean towels and linens, refrigerator in room, free bottled water provided, good temperature control, good towels, nice bath products and good water pressure, great proximity to the Gdansk Oliwa train station. The only complaints would be lack of English cable stations (no CNN), I was unable to connect my HDMI device to the TV and some noises could be heard in my room from the hallway. Also there is currently a lot of street construction around the property. However, overall it was a great stay in a comfortable and inviting hotel."

The location is first-rate; the night train to Gdansk was very early, and I was worried about what to do if I could not check in. We asked the hotel to call us a taxi to the airport for 93 zloty and asked the driver why the price is so expensive. He even said that the hotel's car was a bite, regardless of the price. Cars, whether the road is open or traffic jams, whether on weekdays or weekends are a price, dizzy!"
