Popular General Santos 4-star Hotels

The hotel is good, but it is often not booked. This is one of the best sprinkle shops in General City. No other hotel is incomparable in terms of facilities or services.

I often come to Jiangjuncheng on business trips for work reasons. I always choose this hotel. The room is clean, the bed is very comfortable, and the breakfast is rich.

Set in General Santos, Altori Park Hotel offers a bar. With a garden, the 3-star hotel has air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi, each with a private bathroom. There is a restaurant serving American cuisine, and free private parking is available. At the hotel, the rooms come with a desk and a flat-screen TV. At Altori Park Hotel all rooms have bed linen and towels. Breakfast is available every morning, and includes à la carte, American and Asian options. Speaking English and Filipino at the 24-hour front desk, staff will be happy to provide guests with practical information on the area. The nearest airport is General Santos International Airport, 14 km from the accommodation.

Great place for a quick stop. Price was great too. Service is excellent. Will definitely come back at this place. I would recommend this place for family as well. Thank you for the service and great price!

Stayed in Sept. 14 to 16, 2022 for Business. Just got the basic room with King Size bed. This means that the hotel pushed the two (2) single beds together. You can still feel the space in between. Not an issue though as I was alone in the room. Could be troublesome if you are a couple who like to sleep hugging each other. Room and bath was spacious and very clean. I did notice some ants crawling on the desk. Internet was ok at 15 to 20mbs. Pillows and bed were soft and comfortable. Shower could use a door or longer enclosure as the water kept spraying out. This could wet the floor of the bathroom if you aren't careful. Breakfast was ok especially given the price. Hotel was near SM mall, 2 blocks away. They also had free shuttle to the airport. Employees of the hotel are very courteous. My keys stopped working after 24 hours and had to be replaced at the front desk (a minor hassle) but overall still a good experience.

I booked a king suite with them and when it came time to go I was informed that the king suite was no longer available! With a ”no refund” policy in place, they took my money for a room the didn't even have! So they were willing to pay for my stay at a couple of nearby hotels instead. Both were worse dumps than this one. In their behalf, they were willing to work with me and we settled on a future stay at their hotel in a king suite. The room was not very big for a ”king” suite. TV reception was poor and the Wifi was abysmal. They don't have their own restaurant, instead using the one downstairs located in the little mini mall where they are located. It didn't offer much but it was OK for a quick bite before leaving for the airport. There is a bigger mall across the street, however half of that mall is closed due to a fire resulting from a previous earthquake. There is a 24hr convenience store located in their mini mall for snacks and drinks. I would have expected more for the money, but then this is the Philippines and anyone who has ever read Dickens could learn a ”great” deal about ”expectations”. Ha! (sorry, couldn't resist)

Stayed for the Tuna Festival - hotel is perfectly placed, close to several restaurants and a 7/11 just around the corner. Room was nice and clean although facing the road was quite noisy - very little sound insulation from the single glazed windows. I had to use earplugs due to outside noise. Breakfast adequate. Staff very helpful.At the time construction was taking place on part of the building, very noisy during the day, but that should have been completed by the time of this review - hopefully ! all in all an ok stay & probable would stay here again.
