Very nice hotel, well located and excellent meal options, recommend.

Unable to offer a straightforward way to access hotel WiFi (the way suggested was to use a mobile number provided by reception and they told me for this I had to visit reception). Unable to loan a European adapter to my colleague but offered to sell him one. Quite how a hotel can survive without offering such basics (which are offered by pretty much every hotel in the world) is a mystery. Clearly one to avoid.

This hotel is a true gem, offering an unparalleled level of service and comfort. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff's warm welcome made me feel like a valued guest. The room was a masterpiece in design, with attention to detail that elevated the overall experience. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness was exemplary, providing a sense of reassurance. The on-site dining options were a gastronomic delight, offering a diverse menu that catered to various tastes. The rooftop terrace, with its breathtaking views, added an extra layer of charm to the stay. This hotel is a testament to luxury, sophistication, and genuine hospitality.

Everything, the place and the people all great. I really enjoyed to stay in. The room very comfortable, the room service timing excellent, and not to mention the food, that was exquisite. I also had the opportunity of having meals from both of your restaurants, and was a very nice experience.

The room was to small, there was no iron in the room, and I wish I had been able to turn off the extractor fan in the bathroom as it made a lot of noise. But all the rest was very good and confortable

This hotel is a bit of a gem in the city center of Geneva. Recently re-done, the rooms are quite comfortable with modern amenities and well placed outlets. The staff was very friendly and eager to help. You get quiet comfort right in the middle of the bustling city, Two things to note of the hotel (otherwise I would have given a 5 Star) - There is no on property gym, instead they send you to a local health club 2 minutes away - There is no bar on site, but there is a bar at their sister hotel right next door

Off the busy main traffic road, tucked on a pedestrian zone, right where it’s lovely to walk and shop and sightsee, this location cannot be beat. The hotel itself is charming, the rooms lovely, the beds very comfortable, the decor scrumptious. I loved this hotel for a place to stay in Geneva.

We were robbed. While we had a dinner in the hotel's restaurant, someone entered our room (606) using opened terrace door (it was not opened but us) on the roof, opened all our locked luggage and stole a brand iPhone from the locked luggage. Personell was not helpful (I asked to call police, we were waiting for a long time during late evening for people to come and check the room etc), hotel didn't offer any kind (financial or emotional) of compensation, we never talked or been contacted by the manager. it was extremely dangerous situation for us as a family with two small kids and hotel took no responsibility , moreover they were questioning the situation and said that probably our kids opened that door (they never did). Hotel didn't offer to change the room so we were staying for that night in that unsafe room (I was not sleeping the entire night). There are no cameras anywhere in the floor or on the roof. Hotel's technical room on the roof is easily accessible by anyone from neighboring building roofs, it is open to enter to cause any damage to safety and security of guests staying in the hotel. It was extremely harmful experience and stay, full of ignorance and lack of will to help and support for people who paid 1000 euros per night and the only thing that was important for personnel was what we took from the mini bar when we were checking out. never ever coming back to that place. Beginning of Christmas break was ruined and caused a lot of stress right in the center of Geneva. P.s. on the terrace there was an ash tray with cigarettes. So housekeeping never checked the terrace before we checked in and didn't check the door, or left it open for purpose.

The hotel is located in the centre with easy access to shopping transport etc. room service is excellent, try the club sandwich. The Lebanese restaurant was a good change from the typical fare in Geneva. If I had to suggest, I believe the amenities in the bathrooms are lacking but the bathroom itself was perfect so was the shower pressure. In short, very highly recommended hotel. No lobby bar but you can always go to their sister hotel La Cigogne three steps away.
