El hotel está bien ubicado, la atención fue muy buena y la limpieza también.
Fuimos varias personas y yo hice la reserva a través de esta plataforma. A los demás les dieron una habitación en el primer piso, y a mi una habitación en el sótano, fría y con una calefacción deficiente. Y por si fuera poco con un olor a tabaco impresionante.

We arrived at 23:40 as our flight was delayed and they were very accommodating and let us access our room. This room however smelt of sewerage so bad that we requested to change room. The next room we were given smelt so strongly of cigarettes that my nose hurt by the end of the stay. Having said that, the room itself was lovely and large and the beds very comfortable and clean. They provide soap, shampoo and shower gel. It is a 15 minute walk from Getafe central station and therefore very easy to get to Madrid center.

El hotel es muy básico, la recepcionista me atendio muy bien y en general no esta mal. Es una buena relación calidad precio y lo mejor es el colchón y la almohada de de viscolastic, muy comoda.

Estuve por trabajo y la experiencia no fue buena ya q veo q está bastante dejado, el mantenimiento brilla por su ausencia, no funcionaba el aire caliente, la mampara de la ducha rota, las mesitas llenas de golpes... Lo llevan chinos, no tengo nada en contra pero a este hotel no volveré. Un saludo
