The hotel has free parking and a convenience store downstairs, which is very convenient! The hotel room is very clean and larger than other Japanese hotels. If you want free parking, this is recommended.

The service was absolutely wonderful. We were upgraded to a club room—-and that included access to the beautiful infinity pool on the 14th floor—-absolutely worth any extra that you might have to normally pay when staying there. The club was stocked with delightful little snacks and a decent light dinner. Every room has a view of the ocean. We were on the 13th floor and now I’m convinced 13 is a lucky number. The morning buffet has a fantastic selection of Japanese and western foods—-loved the dragon fruit and the local jimami tofu. The infinity pool on the second floor also includes a dry sauna, a steam room, and ice room (with fake snow coming down) and a hot stone bath. The hot stone bath was lovely and surprisingly comfortable (use a towel for a pillow)—-plus the fake fireplace adds a lovely orange glow to the room.

When I told my child that he was allergic to * and asked him to check if he could eat soft serve ice cream, he was told that he could not eat it because it was included. Later, I noticed that the ingredients were displayed on the soft serve ice cream machine and it was only dairy products, so when I checked with the clerk again, I was told that it was *. Is it included without the * display? If you ask me to check again, * I can't eat it because it's in it. I heard it many times, so I felt the attitude of the clerk was bad. I thought it was persistent, but I told him to check again, and eventually * was not included. While most of the dessert meals contain *, eating soft serve ice cream is a big thing for children with allergies. * There was no apology from the young female clerk who was told to be in, ２. You may think that you can eat soft serve ice cream or not, but the word that you can't eat is really disappointing. People who are not allergic may not have understood the difference between dairy products and *, but I would like you to know this as a trigger.

The breakfast at this hotel is absolutely incredible, and the view of the sea is truly awe-inspiring. Considering the reasonable price, it is definitely worth it.

Together with my husband and daughter, we stayed 1 week in this beautiful hotel. It just opened last April 2021. Everything was perfect. We are very thankful to the owner and all the staff. They were very professional, kind and really helpful. Victor, Yumi, Olivier, Oscar and Anca were always there to make sure everything is okay during our stay. They gave us delicious croissants with coffee and drinks for breakfast even though it was not mentioned during our reservation. All the rooms come with an ocean view. The sunset from the room is spectacular and very romantic. All we want to do as soon as we wake up is to open the curtains and enjoy the sea view. The room is charming with a tatami-like floor. The bathroom is spacious. Internet is very reliable. The swimming pool on the rooftop offers a panoramic view. The hotel is in a quiet, family-friendly area and just 15mins walk from American village where you can do the shopping and find a lot of restaurants. Thank you for the wonderful experience. We will never forget our sejour and definitely will see you again soon.

Okinawa for the first time in 13 years, beach tower for the first time in 13 years The room is large, the hot springs are very satisfied with the facilities and location such as a heated pool, but ... I was disappointed with the response at check-in. Arrived at the hotel at 16:00 after sightseeing, the lobby was full of people waiting for the reception, and I couldn't be guided at the entrance, so I searched for the staff on this side and told him that I wanted to accept it. Then, I was given a number tag saying, ”We accept it in order, so please wait with this number.” .. When 50 minutes have passed, I look for the staff again and check how long it will take, and he said, ”I can't understand the time. It takes time to confirm because there is a confirmation of the coupon.” Change the question and I ”How long are there waiting?” Staff ”Please wait .. There are 9 more groups in front of you.” I ”How long is it taking for one group?” Staff ”About 15 minutes” Me ”Does it take more than 90 minutes !?” (I don't have a calculation (; ^_^) Staff ”Yes” I'm surprised and can't speak. .. I've already waited for 50 minutes, but more than 90 minutes? ?? ?? I know I can definitely wait for more than 30 minutes If so, there may be a way to guide you in advance, or to leave your luggage first and put it in a hot spring or pool ... I was angry at this response from the first day. Place was great.. as it is most of the time with Mr Kinjo. Check in was easy and fast. Check out is just dropping the key in a box. Location is not the most convenient. But it was for me that day. There are buses passing around. And some restaurants or convenient stores are available, not far.

A few times stay. Inn that can be stayed near Moon Beach with a price suppression. The room is large, the view, the location is the best, and the staff is also good. It is essential to renovate because the number of years is long, but it is not catching up easily. Considering the accommodation fee, it is convinced by this facility now. There is a folding laundry drying and it is convenient to dry swimsuits on the veranda. Bring a pinch if you have a wind. It is a pity that there is no dinner buffet with discount for guests. When you go to a nearby restaurant, you can wait in order, secure the number of seats, wait for orders, and unexpectedly high. Here is a relaxed seat. With dessert and immediately in the room. There are many inn to confirm whether the sheets are not required for consecutive nights, but it is not clear where this is. We decided to get only towels at the front desk without entering the room. It is comfortable to get out when receiving the key.

Nice place to stay! Just one thing have to comment regarding safety issue. I had requested to re-issue my room key at Reception because I left it in room. But the staff didn’t ask for ID verification even though I presented my passport to him. I was shocked about the procedure.

Stayed for 5 nights with young daughter to enjoy couple of relaxed days. Hotel is located in downtown Naha, it however still provides kind of resort feeling with their beautiful garden incl. outdoor pool & onsen: all really nicely arranged & great facilities ! Rooms are rather basic, more like Japanese business-hotel, but overall sufficient and with modern & fresh decor. Breakfast could actually be of bit higher quality & possibly more food options, also plastic plates give sort of cheap feeling, sorry. (Suggestion: change into „real“ plates inside and rather provide „plastic“ glasses & mugs for outdoor area which will also help to avoid broken glass issue at pool...). Other than breakfast, no further F&B offering, but can enjoy free drinks (incl. beer) and ice cream all-day ! Mostly impressive and really appreciated is their kind & attentive staff from various countries ! All interaction with them (prior to arrival via phone, personal during check-in / -out, front desk for questions & inquiries) was always pleasant, professional & supportive ! To name a few: Mr. Henry, Ms. Okabe, nice lady from Philippines (all front desk) and also nice ********* lady serving ramen at night: thank you & please keep up the positive spirit & motivation ! Overall nice new hotel option in Naha and will surely consider to return for both business & private stays !
