Had the pleasure of staying at The Address last night and we absolutely loved our experience. The hotel decor is exquisite, the bedrooms are big, large bathroom with shower and the bed is sooo comfy we didn't want to get up for breakfast this morning. You dont have to stay at the hotel to use the bar and I would recommend calling in as it has a very relaxed atmosphere where you can have have a glass of something and watch the world go by and definitely try the cocktails you won't be disappointed my favourite was the mojito. Breakfast is a buffet style which had a very large selection to offer - cold meats, cheese, fruit, yoghurt, scrambled egg, sausages, bacon, hash browns and a really nice haggis, drinks where tea, coffee fruit juices etc and everything was well presented and very tasty. The staff make this place everyone we spoke to were so polite and accommodating especially Emma and Katy at reception. Looking forward to returning next month.

Was charged twice for our one night stay….3 e mails and 2 phone calls to duty manager with promise of this being rectified and 6 days later still waiting on an explanation and refund.Extremely poor customer service.

Service was excellent, chat was great, banter was funny and food and drink delicious. Staying for tea, bed and breakfast and very much looking forward to it. Stephen, Sean and Lucy are a great team. 😁

Lovely hotel , great staff , food was very nice . Used the wellness centre in the morning which was lovely . Beds comfy great location for Glasgow city centre. One improvement I would say would be to provide water in the room and a biscuit with the tea facilities.

My partner booked this for our 10 year anniversary & we loved staying here. Staff were really friendly esp Stephen who was such a lovely guy always coming for a chat which is so nice, rooms are lovely breakfast is really nice too will be back again

This is a great location. So close to the train station, the square, hop on bus, shops and restaurants. The staff was fabulous - so helpful - especially Melissa, Iona and Craig Highly recommend this hotel and the restaurant

Absolutely beautiful hotel, big comfy beds and excellent food. Breakfast was buffet style but plenty choice and hot food was hot. We had dinner one night and again food was lovely. Staff are amazing and nothing was too much trouble for them. Special thank you to Melissa who went above and beyond for us. She definitely made our stay enjoyable. . Aimee as well for her kindness and Lucas? the mixologist who made a mean cocktail. We had use of the spa on both days. Its not big but enough to go and chill for a bit. Cant wait to go back and already looking at dates. Hotel is just a five minute walk from both stations and lots of eateries, restaurants and shops all within walking distance.
