I had a pleasant stay at Glendale Hotel. The check-in process was very easy using the self-service machine, which made everything quick and convenient. One thing that really stood out was a female housekeeping staff member who kindly helped me make hot chocolate using the machine. She was very friendly and welcoming—it made my experience feel warm and personal. The hotel also has an ATM, which is very helpful if you need cash. Nearby, there is Dalia Pizza that stays open until late, making it easy to find food at night. Overall, a comfortable and convenient place to stay with kind staff.

The moment I turned on the air conditioner, a massive amount of fluffy dust spewed out and started swirling around the room, so I immediately turned it off! The sheets had strangers' hair on them, and the bathroom floor was covered in a significant amount of hair and dust, likely from previous guests. Be warned: this hotel has no on-site reception staff! Check-in is done entirely by communicating with staff via a screen. Also, please note that they absolutely do not offer luggage storage either before check-in or after check-out.

The drink bar on the first floor was available at any time during our stay, and we really appreciated having access to drinks. The nearby bus stop and supermarket were also very convenient.

The style is dated, but it's perfectly fine for a short stay of a day or two.

The screen-based self-check-in was unfamiliar. There were no staff around, so guests had to get their own towels and amenities. When I urgently needed to check out, the system was down, and a local person had to call for help. Parking also cost $15 per day. Consequently, I don't plan on staying here again.

Very good hotel and service.The staff named Ziyam is a very kind, friendly and nice guy. Location is also strategic. Amenities and free flow coffee must get a compliment 👍👍

Scam hotel never returned my deposit.. Not recommending and will never be scammed by this HOTeL !! They will also ask for parking lol scammers

Reasonable for a night to sleep only, the strange wait of half an hour to check in because the clerk was not there

The room and service are very comfortable, especially the water and coffee downstairs are very convenient. I only paid a deposit each time I stayed, and the deposit has not been returned yet.

The best accommodation I stayed in while traveling in LA!! First of all, there was an ice maker and coffee machine, so it was nice to keep having iced Americanos, and the front desk was friendly. Although it was the most expensive, there were Ralphs and Target near the accommodation, and it was also good to go to nearby places such as Glendale Galleria.

The room and facilities were okay, but when I got to the front desk, I was told that parking would cost US$15. Most motels do not charge parking fees, and they also took a US$200 deposit, which has not been refunded four days after checking in.
