"The hotel environment is clean, the space is relatively small, there are tea stains on the bottom of the cup, the hotel has its own paid parking is relatively safe, we checked in late, so we contacted the staff in advance, and checked in more smoothly. "Can’t fault the room - spacious, plenty of tea/coffee and milk! Yay! Cold glasses in the fridge, welcome drink to the value of $10, 10% off food in the pub downstairs. Modern room with usb ports beside the bed, iron/ironing board in the room with hairdryer. Air conditioner worked very well. Very comfortable and enjoyable. Very strict on check-in/check-out times as a room card is required for outside door access outside of pub hours. The staff are very short with you if you need access without a key."

"The environmental facilities are very good, the service staff are very good and have Chinese service, the price is very high, it is hygienic, clean, natural and harmonious. The manager is also very nice. One day during my week-long stay, I couldn't book a room online. The manager arranged a room at a price that was not higher than online. I highly recommend it to friends who are traveling by car!"

"Clean and spacious room, hotel is 5 min walk away from Macquarie park Metro station, ~20min walk from the Macquarie shopping mall. Not much exciting there, but the company I visited was close by, that's why I choose the Crown Plaza. Nice and friendly staff as well as the Reception and in the Restaurant. Small convenience shop and restaurants just opposite the street, (Malaysia, Thai, Kebab, KFC, Macdonald,....)"

"Great location as my wife was in Macquarie University Hospital. Reception was friendly and professional albeit my booking details seemed elusive but this was quickly sorted. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was the usual fare and was fresh and plentiful. Parking is outdoor and was not included in the tariff but was relatively inexpensive and plenty of spots."

"Had a change of schedule so called ahead as I needed to find out if I could store a bag there. The receptionist said there were some rooms available now and I was given early access. The first room I was in had sound on the tv but no picture so I was immediately moved to another room with absolutely no trouble. The reception area now has complimentary coffee for guests which was an absolute life saver. I have always enjoyed my stays here as it is lovely and quiet and most rooms open on to the grassed area near the lake. The room has everything you need if working in a laptop and is well set up with a great shower and shampoo, conditioner and bodywash supplied. Could not fault the service and stay often. Parking is limited near reception area but there is plenty of parking behind reception within a short walking distance and is free."

"Very cleaned room and nice helpers. Near Macquarie Centre and metro, easy to go everywhere and shopping anytime. Nice laundry room and the fitness room. But the choice of breakfast provided by the hotel is very limited, still tastes good. We stayed for 7 nights and everything went well. This place is highly recommended. You can find many chargers in the room. Good privacy and quiet space."

"This hotel is beautiful, modern, fresh, thoughtfully designed and very comfortable. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed and well taken care of. Smooth and friendly check in. Very clean and comfortable rooms. We really felt that they thought of everything in this hotel. Customer service is top notch, including the hotel manager and duty manager. Although the hotel is not in the city, the metro line is a few steps from the hotel. Very quick and convenient to be in the city in under 2 minutes. Shout out to management, especially Sri who reached out to us to make sure we had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We’ve stayed at this hotel a few times over the past few years and always had a great experience, but unfortunately, this time fell short of expectations. The TV in our room wasn’t working, and when we contacted reception for assistance or an alternative, we were simply told to contact the technician ourselves. This was quite disappointing, as it impacted our stay — we didn’t have much to do in the room without the TV, and it made the overall experience less enjoyable. On top of that, we were disturbed by a baby crying between 1am and 2am, and again in the morning, which meant we didn’t get a proper rest. We were really looking forward to another great stay, but sadly, it didn’t live up to the standard we had come to expect."
