"The hotel is near a train station called St Niklaus VS, about 3 minutes' walk away. This station is about 45 minutes away from Zermatt by train. It's actually a B&B, so checking in is a bit troublesome. The door is black and you can push it in without locking it. At 8 o'clock in the evening, there was no service staff and I asked for self-service check-in. I tried Ctrip's reservation number and the hotel's confirmation number, but couldn't check in. There was a number (see Figure 2) that I could call, but because I didn't buy a local phone bill service, I couldn't check in. I didn't know what to do for a while. The owner and guests of the hotel opposite were very helpful. One guest directly called us to help us, and then helped us get the key and find the room. Thank you very much! The hotel provides body lotion. The freshly made coffee for breakfast is great. The other food is very simple. There are fewer types of bread and meat but it is enough."

"Staying at Hotel Alpenblick in Zeneggen was one of the most peaceful and heartfelt parts of my entire Swiss trip. The hotel is located high up in the mountains, at around 1,370 meters above sea level, surrounded by pure nature and breathtaking alpine views. While the public transport is understandably limited due to the remote location, once you arrive, you’ll understand why it’s worth it. The atmosphere is quiet, calming, and deeply rejuvenating. It’s the kind of place where you truly slow down and feel present. The staff were exceptionally kind and caring—they made me feel like part of their family, not just a guest. I’m especially grateful for how much they helped me during my stay. The hotel’s interior is decorated with charming European touches that make you feel like you’ve stepped into a living art piece—cozy, elegant, and full of character. Breakfast was absolutely top-notch, with a rich and thoughtful spread every morning. Of course, being in such close contact with nature means there might be a few insects and there’s no air conditioning—but for anyone who appreciates fresh mountain air and the natural world, this place is perfect. Highly recommended for nature lovers, artists, or anyone needing a quiet mountain escape. I’m truly thankful to the entire team at Alpenblick for creating such a special experience."

"We had a beautiful renovated room. The cleanliness was top. There was no shower / shampoo. We would have liked that. Unfortunately, we have several points to eat. We had booked HP ( 4 Gang Menu). Unfortunately, we received a smelled bread at dinner. It can't be, especially as the bread can't be fresh. We did not have any major reactions to our claim. I think the staff were also very irritated about this condition and quickly removed it. The food sports were very small. Although there was a rebate. But if virtually all people order a rebate, the amount is really too small. Quality up to the bread was ok. At breakfast there was only bread on the first morning (that looked like that of the night before, we really had no desire for it). No bread or summit. Otherwise there was a cheese and meat plate, eggs and musli. On the 2nd morning we could then gather the last two breads. It's all. Just next to the hotel is a bakery. Fresh bread / bread should therefore be well organizable. Damn. The 2nd dinner was good. We renounced the bread."
