Very unfriendly hotel staff. I called them for sth and the moment they hear me speak English they hang up on me.

The hotel is basic but clean. It is located near to quite a few tourist attractions. The service is good. There are some good restaurants nearby that I would recommend.

Located near Plaza Nueva, it is very convenient for sightseeing. There was a taxi stand and a bus stop just a short walk away.
Facilities included towels, hair dryer, refrigerator, pot, instant coffee/tea, and slippers. There was a bathtub and even a heater for drying laundry.
Breakfast is also buffet style, with *dishes, things like sausages, bacon, fried dumplings, hot dishes like tortillas, and cold dishes like prosciutto, cheese, and tomatoes, 5 types of bread, 2 types of cake, fruits, and yogurt. It was fulfilling. Next time I go to Granada, I would like to stay there again.

It is nearby a tourist area with many shopping and restaurant options. It is not far from the palace and is convenient to walk or take a bus. It was nice to have a Korean restaurant less than a minute away,
I didn't expect much, but it was wider and cleaner than I thought, and everyone was kind. There seems to be a lot of people who only stay for one night, so I recommend this accommodation.
