"This is not really a deluxe room; it’s very basic. It seems to be an adapted space, likely from the former reception area. It only offers the bare minimum for an overnight stay.
The breakfast is very weak, with very few options (barely enough to be considered as “included”).
But it was ok.
There is a bus stop within a 3–4 minute walk, and metro stations are about 11–12 minutes and 21–22 minutes away on foot."
"Nice hotel. Usually good value for the price, except when they are almost full, then it can get expensive. But most of the time good value for money. Staff are very polite and amiable and most of the rooms are clean and comfortable. A few rooms are a little rough and dated but they are slowly being renovated.
All round great hotel."

"Hygiene and beauty say don't listen to bad reviews, they are irresponsible, there is no problem with hygiene, the service of the waiters in the restaurant in the lobby downstairs is good, and the food is delicious. The only flaw is that the English at the front desk of the hotel has a strong accent, but he is still patient."
"Nice, casual, unassuming hotel with generous sized room. Lovely touches like a washer and dryer included which is really appreciated. Small details like fresh milk, hot chocolate and a coffee machine adds to the charm. Great location as it’s a 5 min walk to St Leonard’s train station. Would stay again."
"It is a budget hotel. The public areas are clean and the external environment is quite beautiful. However, the kitchen and bathroom are shared, which is not very convenient. Especially the room you checked in at the beginning is just above the kitchen. Someone is making food in the kitchen in the middle of the night. Ding ding ding. The loud noise woke people up, or it was the smell of oil smoke in the whole building. Later, I finally changed rooms. Several local Australian young people went to the courtyard to have a barbecue and talk every other night. It was also midnight, and it was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. If you are not a good sleeper, you can still stay here. But for me, I won’t dare to stay here anymore. I have to wear earplugs when I sleep. It’s not suitable for me. When going to the toilet or having breakfast, you have to double check whether you have the room card with you, otherwise there will be no one at the front desk and you will not be able to enter the room."
"Even manless hotel for check in, but there is team to answer your question and solve prob all 24 hours.
Room is bigger compare with standard room in hotel.
I really love this service apartment.
Promised one day in future will book again."
"The hotel was clean, room well designed with handy shelving and coat hooks. Staff were very lovely and attentive. Bed comfortable and tv had Chromecast. No late checkout offered even though we had paid the highest premium for the room for the year. Though we were provided complimentary wine given it was New Years which was very thoughtful.
The pool was a bit average, could be fixed up with a spa and sauna added and better seating/greenery on the roof.
Overall would stay there again. Excellent location to north Sydney areas."
"Close to the subway station and pubs Spacious room - Housekeeping was done only once for 4 nights. The drain in the bath room was blocked easily. Wifi got disconnected frequently and was slow."
