The staff are all very nice. The room is spacious and you don't feel closed. Overall our stay was pleasant. We could also spontaneously book the unreserved breakfast for several days. However, the cleanliness was not fully respected in our case. We ordered the daily cleaning service, which is a great offer, as it is not necessary for such a short stay. The room was always made on the weekend, however, the room was not quite clean at our arrival. The bathing turk button was full of dust, the set glasses for the bottle of water included in the price had still a lipstick beam from the pre-visitor and in the washing basin still a swallowed hair with visible skin fats. We simply didn't use the glasses and cleaned the washing basin itself. The room and the bath were otherwise in a proper condition. For its purposes, you could be satisfied overall with the price-performance ratio. It is also often questioned whether everything is in order and if there are problems, it can be criticised directly.

We took a break in Deidesheim over the weekend. The hotel is located on the edge of Deidesheim, directly in the wine mountains. We were very friendly at the reception. Our room was very clean and spacious. The bed (double bed Queensize) was very comfortable, so we have been very well sleeping. The bathroom with shower and toilet was also very clean. The breakfast buffet does not leave any wishes open, the selection is very good. There was a large selection of fresh breads just in the fresh breads. There is also a beautiful wellness area with sauna. The hotel is especially suited for walking and biking in the beautiful chair. The numerous wine goods are also worth a visit (wein sample and purchase). We're happy to come back. A highlight of the hotel is an old music box that works and provides beautiful songs. We'll come back.

Previous: The previous negative statements are obsolete. The hotel has worked on itself. This begins in the nicely designed lobby and in the friendly reception. It has been detailedly informed about everything that is knowledgeable. Dogs are allowed! Since there are no parking places nearby, it is offered to park for 13 Euros in the deep garage. The public parking house is charged 15 Euros. The location is very cheap. From the train station there are few meters. The city centre is just next to it. The hotel was thoroughly renovated, yet you see the hotel 70er-Flair. The rooms are clean. A bottle of water was ready for the reception. Chocolate shops were missed. The minibar was empty. The temperature could only be controlled by opening the window; it was clearly too warm! The room went out to the street. But the windows are soundproofed. The bathroom is spacious. However, the bath/douche combination irritated. Very good I assess the room service that comes only on order. I hate when foreigners deal with my stuff. The swimming pool is well reached, clean and appropriately tempered. The breakfast has a rich selection of lactose and gluten free food. The breads are backware, however. The service is very good. The staff is always accessible. We had booked half-pension. There was a 3-Gange menu. Suppe ok, main gang medium. Desserts didn't go at all. Vanilla sauce tasted intensely to lemon. Panacotta had a strange consistency. In general not recommendable. Positive: Location, Silent,Room Service at request, Dogs' board, clean Negative: Parking, dinner, rooms too warm

Last minute PCS out and the hotel was able to accommodate my husband and I. Rooms are with air conditioning which is not with all local hotels! Breakfast is a great variety. Overall clean and friendly staff. Only recommendation is to update the showers. Nonetheless, I would highly recommend for business or pleasure stays.

We stayed 2 nights at this hotel. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Free parking outside the hotel. The room was spacious and cleaned to a very high standard. There is a sauna and steam room in the basement, made available, with respect for the covid regulations. We felt very relaxed in this hotel, Kircheimbolanden is a beautiful town with a nice park and a few shops. It is situated in a very pretty part of Germany, surrounded by vineyards. Also, there is a bar with an outdoor terrace where you can relax. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to stay there again, in the future.

Clean and modern hotel, great breakfast to start your day and most importantly it's 5 mins walk to Mannheim main train station and 2 mins walk to the tram station to Mannheim shopping district. Front office staff were welcoming and courteous, thanks for making my stay wonderful. Best part of the hotel is the view of the train station and absolutely zero noise from outside, which makes your stay very comfortable.

Unfortunately, the hotel is not so easy to find when you arrive by train and bus. If the bus driver is asked and still refers to the wrong direction, it will be very difficult, especially as we were guided in the opposite direction. Only on request from residents we found the way to the hotel. Our advice to the reception, to place a guide to the hotel at least at the appropriate bus stops, was certainly not transmitted to the management according to the staff's behaviour. In fact, the business hotel makes a good impression. The rooms are small and convenient, the lounge with the bar is invited and well visited. The open rooms for breakfast can also be used otherwise. The guests are noticeable and the communication with the staff of the hotel does not create any problems. The breakfast is a self-service buffet with 2 full coffee machines, mineral water, milk, juices, meat and cheese cut, cooked eggs and cereals for musli. Unfortunately, the standard breads are baked and not very tasty. Fortunately, there are also gray breads. A particular feature is the pancake machine that we didn't even know yet. After information from the open and friendly staff who take care of postponement at breakfast, this pancake machine is very popular among all guests. We had booked half-pense via our travel agent and then were very surprised by the respective 2-Gange menu. It seems to be the microwave use for the pre-fabricated products. On the first night there was a mixed salad, noodles Arrabiata and on the second night chicken-Cordon blue with brat potatoes and Ben&Jerry's ice from the paper cup. The hotel should refrain from the half-pension in the unsmayful offer. On the third evening we were referred to the American Restaurant Diner ́s Kullman. We could have a ́la Carte food for €15 per person at the expense of the hotel. The good food there was a nice experience for the yet insufficient and unsatisfactory hotel offer for the evening.

Stayed here two nights for work and couldn’t fault it. Location is perfect - next to the train station. My bedroom was large and well equipped with good views over the city. The breakfast was very good - not a huge selection but everything you basically want. The on site stock was well stocked and reasonably priced. The staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here next time I’m in the area for work
