I booked after reading the reviews. The reviews were all good, which was totally inconsistent with the actual situation. I don't know where the previous reviews came from. The hotel is behind Atour. A few points are as follows: 1. The road surface is uneven and the bricks are broken. I almost tripped. The entrance hall is on the side, which is not very conspicuous. I asked around before I found it; 2. The price is very expensive during the May Day holiday. The price of 680 is only 100-200 yuan. It is the roughest hotel I have stayed in in recent years; 3. The toiletries are very cheap. There are more toothbrushes and fewer combs. The cleaning quality can be seen. The towels are damaged; 4. The bed is sloppy. There are slippers used by previous guests under the bed. I don't know what I can't see; 5. The hotel service is OK, and the front desk phone can respond in time.

We checked into the parent-child suite on May 2nd. On the morning of May 3rd, the elderly took the children to the restaurant for breakfast. They brought the room card and reported the room number, but the restaurant waiter insisted on asking the elderly to show the breakfast coupon. The elderly said that they forgot to bring it when they came down. We went upstairs to get it and sent it down to the restaurant after we finished eating, but the waiter just disagreed and had to see the breakfast coupon before eating. I think this kind of service is not humane at all. I have stayed in so many hotels, and this is the first time I have encountered such service. There is a room card, room number, and occupant information. Can't I check how many breakfasts there are in the room on the computer? It must be difficult for the elderly to run back and forth. I am not satisfied with this stay experience.

The room is spacious and conveniently located next to the ancient canal and not far from Dongguan Street. Unfortunately, it was raining and I couldn't see the night view of the ancient canal. There is an underground parking lot, which is convenient for self-driving out for morning tea.
