The hotel was good, staff was kind. There was a metro station nearby so its so convenient to get to different tourist destinations. Especially it has free parking was also a plus for us cause we drove and it was kind of hard to find a parking lot… Highly recommend.

Room had stale cigarette smoke smell and felt warm despite adjusting down the aircon temperature. Checked in around 2am and the male reception was unfriendly though the day time female reception was way friendlier and more attentive. To get across to the opposite side of the road, one has to walk a long way to the end of the street to the traffic crossing. Only 1 lift service the entire hotel as it is located within a mixed use development. Shower pressure and hot water is good though.

Facilities: relatively new, the bed is quite comfortable, and the sound insulation is good Hygiene: no hair or anything like that Environment: The inner window room is also quite breathable, facing the patio Service: The front desk has a good attitude and is polite. I stayed here last time I went to Xintang for classes.

Great location if you’re going to Bonski, can easily get there by e-hailing. Can get delicious noodles just next door, convenient shop next door available too. Receptionists are very helpful, massage chair provided at gym. Very big room, very worthy stay!

I had a great stay at this hotel. Although the first room had an unpleasant smell, I informed the front desk, and they immediately moved me to another room with a window. I was impressed by their prompt and thoughtful service. To my surprise, when I returned to my room in the evening, there was a complimentary fruit box waiting for me. This thoughtful gesture continued every night during my stay. The staff were very attentive and polite, and the location of the hotel was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting the area!

was kinda pressured to give a 5 star review in exchange for fridge magnets lol. hotel is pretty decent for the price paid, location is fab though, it’s located right beside the metro station. cleanliness is ~ok. Lifts are pretty slow though, so if you’re in a rush, it might be an issue. Also, the internet connection in the room is terrible, i cannot load oanything on my phone and I couldn’t connect to the wifi at all.

We have very good experience staying in this hotel. Check in is a breeze. They also give us late checkout. The receptionist is very helpful and patience with all our questions. My friend rented a powerbank and it is still billing after return. The reception help us call up the company to get the refund. The room is quite big. There have a few USB charging point so we do not need to use plug. This hotel is in a neighbourhood, within walking distance to good food. A few yum cha restaurant nearby. We are spoilt with choices.

Cleanliness: The room was clean. But our window has graffiti on the outside and the room smelt very bad. Bathroom: The toilet smelt HORRIBLE. The drain smell needs fixing. The rest of the bathroom was good. WiFi: Very good WiFi. Bed: Comfortable and clean. Amenities/surrounding area: Close to Guangzhou South Railway Station, 16 minute walk. Not much else around the hotel but good for one night. Staff/service: The staff were nice. They provided a free shuttle bus to the railway station. Laundry: Wash and dry laundry facilities free of charge on the 4th floor. Space: Spacious room for two people. Noise: Not very well noise insulated rooms, we could hear people next door and in the hallway. Would I recommend? It was okay for one night, but I wouldn’t want to stay any longer due to the drainage smell in the bathroom.

The hotel is located not far from the subway station. The room is clean but quite small. Breakfast is delicious, but the dining area is quite small, not enough for many customers to come down to eat at the same time, so some people have to take food up to their rooms to eat.

I felt good after looking at the room. I lived in a high-end room with sunshine and no humidity. The facilities were all clean and hygienic. The front desk lady was very good and gave me a breakfast coupon. The restaurant on the second floor was clean and hygienic and the attitude was good. Super five-star praise😘😘
