Huochuziwodeshaonian! The EASE Hotel boasts an excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from Zhengjia Plaza and Tiyu Xilu subway station, making it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. The rooms are simple and clean, featuring smart voice control throughout, outstanding soundproofing, and soft, comfortable bedding for a great night's sleep. The 24-hour front desk provides attentive service, and there's a self-service laundry room and a small gym. The breakfast offers a rich variety of options. Surrounded by Tianhe City and Taikoo Hui, it's a perfect choice for shopping and leisure in Tianhe. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Guangzhou.

Guest UserI spent a long time choosing before coming, and I definitely picked the right hotel. The hardware facilities are great, the location is good, and overall it's very nice. Especially the aunt steaming buns at breakfast – she was quietly making them one by one. It's rare these days to find places still doing things fresh instead of using pre-made stuff. However, there were some issues. When checking in, I asked the front desk about the room upgrade mentioned during booking. The front desk staff confidently said I had been upgraded and that the room assigned was already an upgraded one. But after checking my room details, she then said this was already the best room and any further upgrade would have to be to a suite, which was unavailable due to high demand. I didn't say anything at the time. After checking in, when I grabbed the slippers, I found a large foreign object with curly hair on them. Later that evening, the drain clogged shortly after I started showering. I reported it to the hotel again, and thankfully, the maintenance technician handled it promptly. This is a very rare occurrence. I brought these issues to the hotel's attention, and they later offered to upgrade my room, but I declined. I felt quite uncomfortable, as if I was deliberately causing trouble. In fact, when I went swimming that evening, I noticed the occupancy rate wasn't high at all, and even at 9 am the next day, there weren't many people at breakfast, which indicates the hotel had available rooms. If you can't offer an upgrade, then don't advertise it. Advertising something you can't deliver completely ruins the user experience. The next day, I saw holes and dark spots on the bedding, which I photographed. Since it was only for two nights, I didn't bring it up again. When leaving, because I had a lot of things, I asked the hotel for two shopping bags. To my shock, they gave me several laundry bags and said they were out of shopping bags. This is an issue even budget hotels wouldn't have! ”You're telling me you don't have any in stock?!” As my child and I were loading a lot of luggage into the taxi, there was only one staff member in a white shirt at the hotel entrance, who just watched us the entire time without offering any help or saying a word. It felt quite cold. How should I put this? I think it's a good hotel, and perhaps my expectations were a bit high. Still, I would stay here again next time, and I hope it will be even better then.

FahrillionThe hotel is very beautiful, in a (for European taste) classic style. The breakfast was a highlight, very good choices. The room was absolutely gourgeous.
I was lucky to receive an upgrade of the room on arrival.
I highly recommend staying here, it is close to the metro and has a lovely little street with loads of restaurants just behind the hotel within 10 mins walking distance.
I did not try the hotel restaurant or spa, so cannot comment on them. The one thing is that when I accidently got of the wrong floor where the restaurant is. I was walking around a bit lost and looking and none of the staff asked if they could help me.
The hotel has a tea room, where they make super tasty coffee as well. I recommend the pistachio latte, very, very tasty!

Guest UserOur stay here was absolutely perfect, incredibly comfortable and satisfying. The hotel service was meticulous and thoughtful, especially the duty manager, Wang Chuhe, whose service was exceptionally attentive and considerate. Everything was arranged perfectly, making for an excellent experience. We even got an upgrade to a room with an amazing view of the Canton Tower. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered an expansive view, allowing us to admire the Canton Tower day and night without even leaving the room – truly a stunning ambiance.
The hotel's attention to detail showcased its sincerity everywhere. The thoughtful and elegant amenities provided were both comforting and healing, adding a wonderful sense of occasion. These details truly reflect their professionalism. Four Seasons is always worth returning to.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I'm still very satisfied and really like it. As soon as you enter the hotel, the air conditioning is a comfortable blast of cold air, and it smells great. There are many amenities available on the first floor. The front desk service was excellent; they even upgraded my room. The projector in the room was very clear, and everything was clean. As someone with sensitivities, I found the bedding very comfortable, and they clearly put a lot of thought into the pillows! I will definitely consider staying here again next time!

The overall decor is simple yet luxurious, elegant and grand without being over-the-top. The soothing scent in the lobby and at the front desk immediately made me feel relaxed upon entering. The bedding in the guest room was soft and comfortable against the skin. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick, and the staff member, housekeeper Season, was polite and professional, responding promptly to any requests. Overall, the stay experience was quite good.

Jenny_silyChoosing this hotel on the island with my friend was absolutely the right decision! The hotel grounds are incredibly spacious, so it never felt crowded or noisy; the atmosphere was wonderfully relaxing. Our room was exceptionally large with a great layout, plenty of space for our luggage and belongings without feeling cramped.
The hotel facilities are comprehensive and meticulously maintained. The outdoor pool was a particular highlight – a perfect, healing treat after a day of exploring. The island itself is remarkably quiet, a peaceful escape from city bustle, and stepping out onto the balcony offered stunning natural views, with lush trees and the ocean stretching out before us. Overall, the experience was fantastic. It’s ideal for unwinding and relaxing, or for leisurely strolls with friends. I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next visit.

花是必罗帮The location is quite good, but the road in front of the hotel gets really congested during rush hour. And with Guangzhou bus drivers cutting in recklessly, those driving themselves really need to watch out not to get scraped. My second minor gripe is that for some reason, the Mandarin Oriental is so insistent on canned Voss water. The problem is, as soon as you open these cans, water splashes out everywhere. I hope the MO can improve this mineral water next time I visit. Everything else was great; the room was very tidy, and the cleanliness and attention to detail were also excellent.

It's been over two years since my last stay, and I'm back at Forest Sea, this time for a two-night consecutive stay.
First, the pros: A new shortcut has been added behind the main building, leading directly to the water park and forest park. It's convenient and saves a lot of hassle, as before you had to take a long detour. The facilities are mostly suitable for young children, and my child had a great time. There are kiosks and vending machines everywhere, so as long as you're willing to spend, you can pretty much sort out food and drinks.
Now for the cons: The buffet dinner didn't have many food choices, and it got chaotic when there were a lot of people, so the experience was just average. It would be a much better experience and attract more repeat guests if they could increase the quantity of food.
Overall, the comprehensive facilities are still quite impressive. If they could further optimize the details, I reckon there wouldn't be many hotels around Guangzhou that could compare. I hope for an even better experience next time.

Natty was friendly and easy to talk to, while Holan was reliable and efficient. Rebecca was excellent at coordinating everything. Even at check-out, the staff remained welcoming, offering warm farewells and travel wishes, which beautifully concluded our trip.
