This was a great stay. The hotel is conveniently located, making getting around very easy. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the bathroom facilities were complete. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. The overall environment was quiet, allowing for a good rest. It offers good value for money, and I would consider staying here again on my next visit. I highly recommend it.

Visiting Guangzhou's Tianhe district, I stayed at the ECHARM Hotel Zhengjia Plaza & Tiyu Xilu Subway Station branch. The location is truly a major advantage, with convenient subway access and walking distance to Zhengjia Plaza for easy shopping and dining. The room was clean and tidy, not cramped, and the sleeping environment was quiet. The hotel service was quite attentive; communication was smooth when issues arose, and problems were handled promptly. The facilities were well-maintained, meeting all daily living needs. For this price point in the city center, the overall experience was excellent. I recommend it to anyone visiting Guangzhou for shopping and sightseeing.

Convenient transportation and well-equipped hotel facilities. - In the room, there was a noise every half an hour or ten minutes during the day. It wasn't a door closing sound, and I'm not sure where it came from. - Because I arrived late, the front desk gave me a room closest to the elevator, citing no suitable room for my needs. - The late checkout was only until 1 PM, but I understand that it's difficult on weekends when the hotel is busy.

PRO: Location near to the metro station. Nearby got a lot of food to eat and nice restaurant. We requested clean up the room every day. Hotel gave free snack, coffee and drinks at the lobby. Hotel also served high tea (drinks and snack) and supper (porridge and tong sui) for free. We enjoyed it. CON: 1. Not enough washing machines, every day fully using. Have to wake up early in the morning like 7.30am to do laundry. 2. Breakfast time too short 7.30 - 9.30am. For the first day, we woke up late at 9.40am, we missed our breakfast.

Facilities: Although the hotel is a bit old, the facilities are well-maintained. However, the elevator noise at night was quite disturbing, and the soundproofing was a bit poor as I could hear movements from the adjacent room. The staff at Dongfang Hui were very good and their service was on point. The canned mineral water really didn't taste very good. The bottled mineral water in the mini-bar tasted nice, but unfortunately there was only one bottle, and the other was sparkling water. Also, there were too many carbonated drinks. It would be great to have more variety, like drinks such as Oriental Leaves. Breakfast was generally okay, but some of the ribs and siu mai had a slightly fishy taste.

The hotel facilities are new and grand, and the location is excellent, directly facing the Canton Tower. It's very convenient to enjoy the night view, and you can even feel the vibrations right outside. Entertainment, shopping, and dining are all very convenient nearby, with a food street right next door – so many options you couldn't try them all. A very good hotel experience.

The scenery here is truly amazing, and there's an infinity pool upstairs with a pleasant breeze from the river, which is very enjoyable. The hotel staff also provided excellent service, giving me a complimentary upgrade to a junior suite. After checking out, I suspected I had left something behind, and when I called to inquire, their attitude was still very good and they responded patiently.

This birthday trip was my first time staying at the W Hotel Guangzhou, and it was absolutely fantastic! The entire property is impeccably clean, fresh, and beautifully avant-garde. The facilities are simply outstanding. The stunning rooftop pool was a massive surprise, offering an amazing high-altitude vibe. I also thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully designed bar, the well-equipped gym, and the gorgeously aesthetic sauna, steam room, and hot pool—perfect spots to unwind. What truly elevated this stay was the exceptional service. Room service was excellent, and all the staff were incredibly nice. A special shout-out to Candy and Catherine at the Front Desk! They were remarkably polite, attentive, and went out of their way to take great care of me, making my birthday extra special. I highly recommend W Guangzhou for a flawless, stylish stay. I will definitely be returning!

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable, clean, and well-maintained. I especially enjoyed the beautiful view of the Canton Tower from my room. Another thing I really appreciated was having a self serving laundry room, which was very convenient during my stay. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of food and good quality. Overall, I was very satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. I give it 5 stars!

The environment is quiet and comfortable, the bedding is cozy, and the front desk staff are friendly. It's excellent value for money and highly recommended. The value is superb, the room is clean with no strange smells, and the staff are responsive. We had a great stay. The location is excellent, right below Zhengjia Plaza.
