Guest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic! Directly across the street is Yuexiu Park, a 4-star attraction, and Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall is only about a 10-minute walk away. The subway station is also roughly a 10-minute stroll. What's even better is the abundance of great restaurants nearby, all within walking distance. I personally love areas with a vibrant, local atmosphere. The hotel service is excellent, especially Ah Run in the lobby who gave us some lychee-flavored soda which was absolutely delicious. The soundproofing is great, making for a quiet stay, and the rooms even have washing machines. They also have a fitness center and a swimming pool. All in all, I'm extremely satisfied.

Anonymous UserStaying at the Eazied Hotel during my trip to Guangzhou was a great choice. The location is incredibly practical, very close to Tiyu Xilu metro station and within walking distance to Zhengjia Plaza, making shopping and dining super convenient. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was comfortable, and all the essential amenities were provided. Check-in at the front desk was fast and the staff were polite. It's really easy to get around the city and transfer metro lines from here. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Guangzhou.

Guest UserFirstly, reading through the negative reviews we were definitely concern, especially around cleanliness and air conditioning. Luckily none of the concerns were an issue for us.
The room itself was extremely clean (and cleaned daily by a very friendly and helpful service attendant). The air conditioning was decently good. The room we booked was reasonable large, but the temperature was able to get to 20 degree celsius (day and night - and this was during the heat wave). No bugs in our room (we were there for 15 nights). Water pressure was really good, plenty of hot water. Internet speed was measured at over 150mbps (although China restricted). The WiFi security is questionable due to the common password, but it was not an issue for us as we had a travel router.
Location was brilliant as we are a foodie family and there were food stores in every direction. The local train (which is fantastic) is about 50m away (2-3 mins walk). There is a McDonalds and a 7/11 which are both about 100-150m away (3-4 mins walk). The hotel itself is very easy to find and all the DiDi we have used, were happy to drive into the little lane to pick up and drop off.
Breakfast as mentioned by other reviewers were kinda meh. Very limited selections, but it was ok enough for a quick bite. Mostly Chinese cuisine (such as congee, dumplings, boiled eggs), fruits, freshly cooked noodles, french fries, toast and jam. The annoying part is grabbing a breakfast voucher everyday from the front reception and handing it to the service attendant 10 steps away.
Service wise, it was really good. Other than 1 front receptionist (still good, but always looked grumpy), the rest of the staff were fantastic. The cleaning service attendant was absolutely fantastic. Always friendly and always cheerful (even though they have a tough job).
The shared laundry is very good. Certain times of the day, it can be a bit of hunger games, but there are certain times it would be completely empty (think times where most guest would either be checked out or out touring). And it seems to be fairly normal to take the clothes out if it was completed but the guest have yet to pick it up (there are baskets available).
The gym was extremely small (2 treadmills, a bicycle, weights), but enough to get some basic exercise in everyday (if you choose to). Very well maintained and clean. Air conditioning is very good.
Now that we have experienced Ecchic (aka Yizhi) hotel, definitely would not hesitate to return or stay at any of their other branches.

QingqingyixiaoyaoAn experience that exceeded our expectations! As soon as we arrived at the hotel entrance, a doorman greeted us, opened the car door, took our luggage, and escorted us all the way to the hotel elevator.
When we checked in, the front desk lady was very kind. We originally booked a river view room, which doesn't have a view of Canton Tower, but she told us that since we were staying for three nights, she upgraded us to a tower view room. We were so pleasantly surprised! The next day was my child's birthday, and she said they would send a cake to our room. She also thoughtfully asked about our travel plans, mentioning that we could contact them anytime for any needs and that they could even provide travel tips. The staff's service attitude was truly heartwarming and considerate! 💖
Although the hotel has been open for over a decade, it's very well-maintained. The overall style is understated luxury, without excessive or gaudy decorations; it's simple and clean. I was particularly impressed by the dark green room doors with their smooth, rich finish and excellent texture. The floor-to-ceiling windows in the guest room offer expansive views, overlooking the entire Canton Tower. The marble bathroom and soft, skin-friendly bedding – you can tell from many small details that the materials used are exquisite and carefully selected.
For the birthday, we booked the Prime Steakhouse on the 100th floor. The table was sprinkled with rose petals, and there was even a 'Happy Birthday' letter sign, making it feel very ceremonial. The restaurant also gave us a red velvet cake, and when we left, they gave us shell-shaped cakes. Back in our room, there was yet another red velvet cake from the hotel! Haha, they are truly thoughtful... A big thank you again to the hotel for their thoughtful and meticulous service, which gave us an unforgettable birthday trip! 💐

Guest UserWhen I checked in, Pete, the concierge, was incredibly enthusiastic and attentive. He asked about my travel experiences, recommended some great local restaurants in Guangzhou, and even reminded me to protect myself from the heat and sun, which was very thoughtful. The check-in process was quick, only about five minutes. The only minor disappointment was not receiving a welcome drink, which was a shame, lol. Maybe I was dressed too casually and didn't look like a guest?
Later that night, when I returned from sightseeing and couldn't find my food delivery, the concierges Alex and Mona (the duty manager), along with Cathy at the front desk, were all very proactive in helping me resolve the issue (the three of you, you know what I mean?). I truly felt like they were wholeheartedly dedicated to assisting me, communicating with patience and a smile throughout. Even when I couldn't sleep later and went down to chat, they were warm and engaging, which made me very happy.
When I checked out, my favorite Pete was there again to help with my luggage. He was very meticulous, reminding me to make sure I had everything and asking if I needed a taxi. My entire stay was smooth and pleasant; the Front Office team is excellent. Next time, remember to offer me a welcome drink!
Also, it's rare for me to leave a review, but to Lance, Will, Jason, Pete, Collen Jie, Judy, Ares, Ivy, and of course Harthhy – I wish you all smooth sailing, safety, and happiness every day.
Finally, I wish the concierge department all the best and continued success in their work.

Guest UserThe hotel room was great in all aspects. Just a small suggestion: it would be even better if afternoon tea and late-night snacks could include children. After checking out, I received a follow-up call from Season, and their attitude was fine. The view of Canton Tower from here is absolutely amazing!

mumuwenwuOur stay at the Xanadu Guangzhou in Guangzhou left us with a truly deep and wonderful impression.
The hotel's overall quality is exceptionally high, with advanced facilities and a strong sense of design. From the moment we entered, we could feel a unique atmosphere: modern, sophisticated, yet perfectly integrated with the surrounding natural environment. The hotel's hardware facilities are superb, and the high standard of quality is evident in everything from the room design and public areas to all the amenities.
What surprised us the most was the hotel's location and surroundings. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the city, yet still conveniently located for accessing all areas of Guangzhou (the hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from Guanzhou Metro Station). The beautiful natural scenery around the hotel allowed us to enjoy peace and relaxation during our busy trip. Every day returning to the hotel felt like coming back to a resort.
Traveling with family this time, the hotel's comfortable environment added many wonderful memories to our trip. Our child also loved the atmosphere, and the entire stay was easy and pleasant.
The hotel staff's service was equally satisfying; they were warm, professional, and promptly responded to guests' needs, making us feel right at home.
Guangzhou is a vibrant city, and this hotel provides a space to slow down and enjoy a beautiful time. It's highly recommended for both business travelers and family vacations. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next visit to Guangzhou.

FahrillionThe hotel is very beautiful, in a (for European taste) classic style. The breakfast was a highlight, very good choices. The room was absolutely gourgeous.
I was lucky to receive an upgrade of the room on arrival.
I highly recommend staying here, it is close to the metro and has a lovely little street with loads of restaurants just behind the hotel within 10 mins walking distance.
I did not try the hotel restaurant or spa, so cannot comment on them. The one thing is that when I accidently got of the wrong floor where the restaurant is. I was walking around a bit lost and looking and none of the staff asked if they could help me.
The hotel has a tea room, where they make super tasty coffee as well. I recommend the pistachio latte, very, very tasty!

SushannuoWe visit this place every year with our elders and children. This is our sixth trip, four days and three nights. This year, the overall service has improved significantly. The restaurant staff are very proactive in anticipating our needs. For instance, when I dropped my chopsticks, someone had already brought a new pair before I even had a chance to ask. Other service staff were also very friendly and answered all our questions with a smile.
The newly opened Forest Park makes the whole experience much more enjoyable. I particularly appreciate the canopy and fans above the park – very thoughtful for a Guangdong summer! During our visit, the last two days were half-days of torrential rain, but we were still able to play in this park for most of the day.
The park feels comparable to Xigugu, Qingyuan Long, and Naitown, offering a food street + tokens, non-powered rides, mechanical rides (not too thrilling, suitable for elementary schoolers, though the pirate ship is the most intense I've ever ridden!), an indoor park, and a zoo (currently small and a bit smelly). We spent a full day there and only managed to experience about 70% of it superficially. Plus, the in-park consumption is much cheaper compared to the other comparable parks (e.g., renting a buggy for 30 minutes costs 60, which is a steal compared to Qingyuan Long).
They also have cosplay NPCs of various characters interacting with kids, answering questions, chatting, and playing rock-paper-scissors. Some NPCs even have hidden interactions, which is quite fun!
This year, the three parks (I've always considered the water park as two – one seaside, one indoor) are interconnected, making it less tiring. Thanks to the rain, I finally got to try kayaking, which always has a long queue. Paddling amidst the mountains and water, with no time limit! (No wonder there's always a queue…) I would definitely list this as a must-do for future visits.
My room type has undergone some renovation, but please, please change the mattress! It's really too soft, and my back hurts every time I sleep on it. Every hotel I stayed at in Jiangsu and Zhejiang this year had excellent mattresses and pillows! Even chain hotels like Wyndham! Please learn from them!
And the swimming channel is still the most fun (the kids are always in the water), the best place for toddlers to learn to swim! But please don't put those boosters in such a narrow channel. They're fun, but genuinely dangerous.
This year felt fresh, and there's still plenty to explore. Let's see if the kids remember to come back for their seventh visit next year, haha…

Guest UserThe W Hotel Guangzhou was an amazing experience! It's right in the heart of Zhujiang New Town, with a super trendy and avant-garde design that creates a fantastic atmosphere – perfect for photos. The room was spacious and clean, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered stunning city night views. The staff were warm and attentive; Candy handled check-in efficiently, and April provided thoughtful and meticulous service. The high-altitude pool was a unique feature, and the facilities were comprehensive. It's conveniently located for travel and shopping, making it an excellent choice for a holiday visit to Guangzhou. I'll definitely be back!
