房間乾淨整潔衞生，床鋪乾淨，老闆熱情待客，有獨立衞浴24小時熱水，衞生間也是乾淨的，無異味，周圍的環境也是比較安靜的沒有很吵，總體來説這個價錢住這種房間是很有性價比的

首先地理位置是很好的，樓下很多吃的，離白雲學院很近，一兩百米。但是衞生相當的差……因為這裏近白雲學院才訂的，而且便宜，98一晚，完全不值得，進去一看，30塊錢招待所都比這好了……很臟的感覺，簡直沒有隔音可言，一晚上睡不好，床往中間塌……就是幾十年前的老房子了，老不重要，臟是真的説不過去，奉勸以後來這邊考試的同學們，寧願遠一點打車都好，別貪方便，睡不好，影響考試……

前台阿叔的服務態度挺好的，就是公寓隔音效果不好，太吵了，第二天要去考試，前一天晚上一兩點鐘被外面的聲音吵醒了，其他都挺好，就是隔音有待改善

空調噴水！製冷效果不好！沒有電熱水壺！房間床太硬都可以摸到床墊彈簧！一晚上沒睡好，簡直就是鐘點房配置！樓道的垃圾一大堆！發臭都不清，我認了，真的建議加十幾二十塊去住連鎖的好一百倍，建議
