整個情況還不錯，地理位置比較方便，酒店內有對外的餐館，生活比較方便，但早餐比較簡陋。另外，空調衹能製冷不能制熱，冬天比較涼爽，據酒店服務人員説，廣州的酒店空調基本都不制熱。

整棟樓都是曾經認真過，而今在敷衍的印象。7、8層在裝修，也許之後會有新面貌。
地理位置很好，有很多辦事的人會選着住這。
這是我遇到的第二家不會多給一瓶水的酒店！説三塊錢一瓶。另一家不是廣州的，摳摳索索！而在廣州，其他同等價位的廣州酒店，有主動發現我喝水多一點的酒店，在我房間，多放了兩瓶水。
房間大、有書桌枱燈和小冰箱，這點很滿意。
枕頭很高，高到我頸椎受不了，致電前台，服務員來抱歉説衹有一個矮的枕頭，另一個的話，多給我拿兩條浴巾來枕。枕着浴巾睡了一晚。
