This is a good place to cultivate your body and mind. Although it is not big, it gives people a very comfortable feeling. Yoga, physical therapy, vegetarian food, and good service are all good. It is also very close to Maofeng Mountain and there are many farms around. It is worth recommending! Their self-developed shampoo, shower gel and conditioner are super easy to use. I bought two sets when I left.

We stayed for three days and two nights during the National Day holiday. There was an inconspicuous path leading in from the main road, and then it was like entering a paradise, quiet and fresh, with birds singing and flowers blooming. I didn't see the sunrise, but the sunset was beautiful. The aromatherapy humidifier in the room smelled very pleasant. I asked the housekeeper and he said it was sage essential oil. The room was very clean. The housekeeper knew that we had children, so he specially arranged a room with a tatami tea seat for us. At night, the children could sleep on the tatami by themselves, which was very comfortable. It was equipped with a full set of home-made toiletries and laundry detergent, which was very considerate. We lived on the third floor, which had a large terrace where we could dry clothes during the day and watch the stars and the moon at night. There was a yoga morning exercise at 7 o'clock every morning, and then there were different yoga and Ayurveda-themed activity courses, which residents could participate in for free. The crystal bowl sound therapy we participated in was very beautiful and advanced, and it really felt like purifying the soul. The entire ecological valley is mainly vegetarian, that is, vegetarian, but the taste is very good, and all the staff are warm and polite. If you have time, you can go to the hillside to take a walk. There are basketball courts and villa gardens. You can also go to the Sangu Thatched Cottage next to the Ecological Valley. There are vegetable gardens, dyeing factories and foreign coffee shops. Coming here is a place to relax and release stress. It's very comfortable. There are two cute cats.

The location is just at an inconspicuous fork on the road to Maofeng Mountain. The car cannot drive in and can only park at the small special parking lot next to the door. After entering the gate of the Palma Valley, you will suddenly be enlightened, and you will feel like a paradise in the bamboo forest. Sitting here under the umbrella and having a cup of coffee with green eyes is really pleasant. Staying for a night is definitely the first choice!

I saw the room pictures before and felt it was just so-so, so I didn't have high expectations. The actual room was much more comfortable. It was very pleasant to sit outside the small building and enjoy the breeze. There is also a mountain road where you can climb the mountain. It was very good.
