入住非常方便，管家很貼心，位置也很好找，實際的房間和圖片是差不多的，非常乾淨，空間很大性價比很高，設備也很齊全，住起來很舒服，非常滿意的一次住宿。

位置於沙園老城區，很有居民的生活氣息！房樓外部老舊，但是乾淨整潔。房子很乾凈衞生，儘管家用產品比較舊但是很乾凈，有居家的感覺。一開門就感覺去了自家的大姨家。看得出房主是一個愛生活愛家的人。

環境真的很温馨 房東回消息也很及時 各種需要的東西都應有盡有 離地鐵站走路10min 附近也有很多餐廳和美食 唯一有一點點小小的不滿意是衞生間太小了 蹲便和淋浴噴頭有點近 總體來説還是很滿意的！

旁邊就是居民區，樓下有市場，好方便，一個字值，房間內設施齊全，睡得好舒適，附近就是寶業路宵夜街，夜晚暢聚葛好地方
