Then I went to have breakfast the next day and said that the breakfast standard of 28 yuan per person was really low. The first time it was more than 300 a night. It feels very bad to eat such a rubbish breakfast in a hotel... (the picture shows that there are not many breakfast options) 2. I have to fill in the invoice manually. I asked, but I still had to hold back and write it out, but I found out at the backend of the hotel. The amount invoiced to me was still low, and I contacted the front desk. At this time, they tried to re-invoice me, but they didn't ask me to scan the code. They could fill it out, but they asked me to fill it out myself at the beginning. Is it because young people are easy to bully? It's very unpleasant and other things. The hotel can also help with driving. I think it is very unreasonable. 3. The elevator feels strange for a long time. 4. There is no delivery robot. It is not safe for the delivery boy to go upstairs by himself. According to the regulations, the boy can deliver it before 8pm. I said that It's after eight o'clock and the front desk will only deliver it at this time. I think if I didn't say it, I would have run down and picked it up myself. And because the delivery boy can go upstairs to the elevator without swiping the card, it is unsafe. 5. The signs in the laundry room and the signs in the restaurant Basically, no one will tell me anything unless I ask. These details can be found in many hotels (at least two or three hundred per night are available in such chains), so I felt very disappointed when I stayed at Lavande this time. I added the front desk WeChat before invoicing and there was no reply even after three hours (I sent him the invoicing information and didn’t know that I had to fill it out myself at that time). In short, the house itself is very nice and the location is easy to find. It is close to the Urban Construction Vocational School, but the service has not kept up and I hope it can be improved.

It was the first time I brought my baby to Conghua. I made a strategy and decided to book this hotel. The transportation is very convenient. The subway station is nearby and there are mature business districts. I will call you before checking in to ask if you have any special requirements. Butler-style service 👍The receptionist at check-in was very nice. He knew we were going out to play and gave him mosquito repellent bracelets. Children's supplies were also prepared in advance. 👍It would be better if the hotel has a pick-up and drop-off service. I recommend this hotel.

This is the second time visiting this hotel and every time we have enjoyed our experience. The service is great and there are a few staff who speak English. If you need help they will be called. Easy fast check in, and we were shown to our room. There are a great variety of pools which are suitable for both adults and children. Its a very relaxing environment. There is a great variety of food in the restaurant, with efficient service. On our last day we were able to check out and still use the hotsprings for a few more hours. It would be good if there was more healthy selection of breakfast cereals, as well as the treats but really everything was fantastic. We will come again!

It’s so great to have a 2 nights 3 days vacation in the resort. Bulter service is good! Buffet breakfast is not much variety! Gym room is fun. If there is a water dispenser provided would be fantastic!Overall services is excellent! Surrounding area is beautiful! Lots of other facilities are available in the surrounding area. If a guiding application with the resort & surrounding facilities provided would be super!

Do not stay here unless you have a vehicle!!! The service was wonderful! Everyone was so friendly. But, the entire trip was just a little weird. We went to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were the only guests at the hotel the entire trip and everything was closed (the public hot springs, pool, gym, all restaurants but one). It was still nice having our private hot spring on our balcony though! The one restaurant onsite was absolutely delicious (they gave us credit to eat there every night because everything was closed… like I said, excellent service!) Menu is all in Chinese so be prepared for translating and using a translation app to communicate if you cannot read/speak Chinese. The drive up from the security gate to the actual hotel is quite far so going for a walk into “town” was not convenient (we didn’t even try). There is no hotel shuttle service, which is surprising because it’s seriously in the middle of nowhere. There are no restaurants outside of the hotel within walking distance. We went to the Baishuizhai Scenic Resort to see the waterfalls and that was beautiful. We tried going to the Shimen National Forest Park and paid Didi to take us right back to the hotel because you need a car to take you in and Didi was expensive to pay for a private tour. All this to say, if you’re a foreigner and want to go to Conghua and/or a hot spring do not choose this one.

We had a fantastic experience during my stay at Vienna Hotel (Guangzhou Conghua Taiping Subway Station). The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Their hospitality added a special touch to my stay, and we were impressed by their attentiveness and willingness to assist with any inquiries. The hotel's location near Taiping Subway Station was incredibly convenient, allowing easy access to transportation and making it a breeze to explore the city. Whether we were heading out for sightseeing or returning after a day of activities, the strategic location of the hotel made our stay even more enjoyable.

I checked in on the second day of the new year and the flow of people was just right. It's not like other places where ”people follow the herd”, but it doesn't seem deserted either. There are many hot spring pools, which can be used exclusively by the family. Tourists also have a tacit understanding and usually choose a small, deserted pool to get into the water. In addition, the outdoor temperature-controlled swimming pool is awesome. I went there with my children to swim at 10 a.m., and we reserved the pool for both of us. It was a very enjoyable swim. The only drawback is that the breakfast buffet is a bit perfunctory, with not many varieties. The curry fish eggs and fried noodles are extremely salty, and the cakes are too sweet. So we didn’t buy additional breakfast coupons for our two children, and went directly to the McDonald’s at the door to pack breakfast for them.

Maybe there are not many guests staying in the off-season after the summer vacation, but it feels like I broke into someone else's house. 2. Breakfast is not self-service. The front desk on duty on the day is not professional enough, the VAT special ticket and the general ticket are not clear, the communication skills are not good, the invoicing information is given in advance when leaving at 6:20, and the invoices and bills are required to be issued in advance and taken directly after leaving the store. In the end, I didn't open it in advance, and waited a while before printing the invoice, and the two amounts were inconsistent. I feel that the front desk has a good reason to explain it to me, because I was in a hurry, so I took it and left. Summary: I may not choose here next time on business trip. We feel: The Hidden World Hotel is really extraordinary. We have stayed in many hotels, but the service here is the best and the environment is quite beautiful.
