訂了兩個房間，因為房間內有泡池，房間會比較潮濕。放的水不是温泉，是山泉水。晚上準備泡的時候放水一看很黃我就直接放掉沒泡。工作人員説前一晚下過雨就會發黃。我媽那間房野渡是泡了大概半小時，今天是退房的第三天，情況比昨天更嚴重我才問的管家有沒有這種情況。管家説沒有我也就算了。沒有繼續這個問題，而是詢問退房的那天發現停在小苑門口的車從頭到尾在腰線處被劃了一條比較粗的黑線，所幸車子有車衣，臨走時要求調監控，因為沒造成實質損失，我表達了衹是如果是刻意人為需要一個道歉，不需要賠償。工作人員説因為時間未知可能需要很長時間，讓我回去等消息，一號退房四號晚上依舊沒等到回覆。還有種怪我沒留下等結果的意思…我衹是需要一個道歉…這就很讓人心裏不舒服了。
