Was booked a 5D4N stay at Park INN Hotel Guangzhou for my holiday . I was very happy with my stay and the staffs at the Hotel is really good courtesy and helpful. I wanna especially thank to Ms Yuki 😊 she really helped me a lot whenever I needed assistance with my handphone roaming in China and transport services and places to visit . I sincere thank to all staffs at Park INN Hotel Guangzhou for they great service during my trip stayed at their hotel PS: I dont know what is her name of the floor manager lady she assisted us as well 😄 Thank you 🙏 I wish all of you have a wonderful day! This stay was extremely satisfying, especially the value-added services provided by the hotel front desk, which were incredibly thoughtful! During check-in, the staff proactively asked about my needs and offered a ”Goodnight Gift Pack” containing a face mask, steam eye mask, earplugs, and portable disinfectant wipes—showing great attention to detail. Even more delightful was the free rental of commonly used items like charging cables, power banks, and curling irons. Forgot to bring cotton pads? No problem—the front desk had individually wrapped spare ones available. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, not only offering detailed recommendations for nearby dining options but also proactively helping print documents—exceeding all expectations! These value-added items were not only practical but also of great quality, clearly reflecting the hotel's commitment to enhancing the guest experience. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and highly recommend it to all friends who appreciate thoughtful service!

Very good hotel, one of the best business hotel in guangzhou with a great price. The room is clean and the service is very good

We were lost when we reached. The taxi we took overshot, the signage on the hotel was waito instead of weidu (I didn’t check properly). Luckily a staff approached us. We reached around 12pm and was lucky that the room was ready, got early check in. The staff gave us complimentary breakfast for my 7 yr old but sadly its not halal. We only had white bread and fruits. There’s a nearby halal restaurants, one of them is Saba restaurant. Walking distance to Meibo Sports Centre, if you wanna shop for jerseys. We asked one of the staff if they could help us order food because we wanted halal food and was too tired to walk but they don’t do that kind of service. Anyway, for the price, to have a large room that can fit 2 large bed and a separate shower and bathtub, its very worth it. Level 2 is where you can do your laundry, there’s ironing board, garment steamer, pool table, foosball, treadmill and exercise bike. Everything in the room was good except for the kettle, the spout was rusty. Hard time finding tv channels as everything were in chinese. There’s no ramp for strollers/wheelchairs when u want to enter the hotel, i think about 3 steps up. I’m giving 5 star because a lady approached us when we were finding the hotel and another lady who checked us in tried her very best to talk to us in english and i think she was about to go for her lunch break and insist to serve us before she goes. Sorry was too overwhelmed to remember their names.

We had a lovely stay here as a family! The room was big, clean, and well-maintained — plenty of space for the kids to move around. The bathroom was spotless and even had a bathtub, which was a nice bonus for winding down after a long day out. While the hotel exterior may look a little dated, don’t be put off — it’s undergoing renovations and the interior is much better than expected. Housekeeping was prompt and efficient, and the beds were super comfortable for a good night’s rest. Location-wise, it’s hard to beat: just a 5 to 8-minute walk to the train station, and surrounded by several shopping malls — perfect for food, snacks, and picking up any forgotten essentials. All in all, a practical and comfy choice for family travellers. Would definitely stay again!

This is actually a hidden gem. I had booked for just a night to come and try and I ended up staying here the entire time I was in Guangzhou. The hotel is clean, friendly staff and it is in a good environment. There is a Supermarket and eateries. I definitely recommend.

Friendly staff and close to all the wholesale clothing centres. Very close to Guangzhou station just 5mins walk to take the gaotie to anywhere and always have taxi outside the hotel. Free breakfast on check in. Very nice cumin pork at breakfast.

Me and my family had a great stay at the hotel! The bedroom was huge. The bed was comfortable. The hotel service was superb! The location of the hotel is good! It’s just around 2-3mins away from the nearest train station. Another good thing is there is halal food restaurant nearby. I would definitely recommend this hotel and come back again.
