It takes about ten minutes to take a taxi to Sunac World. It is close to the subway station and is very convenient. The room is large enough, with a simple design and all the equipment. The only drawback is that there is no small refrigerator and the sound insulation is average. The bathroom/shower room is large, but the shower head cover is a little loose, and the water power is good, so it doesn't have much impact. The sheets were a little old and stained. Although we couldn't change them after staying too late, the staff gave us mats to cover us. The overall health condition is OK.

I am very satisfied with this hotel. Both the hardware facilities and software services are first-class. From check-in to check-out, every link is very detailed, making people feel very comfortable. The hotel staff is very warm and friendly. No matter what the problem is, they can answer it promptly and patiently. The butler service is full of details, especially in Guangzhou, which has been raining for a few days. The hotel provides free umbrellas for borrowing, the room is clean and hygienic, and there is free mineral water. The front desk staff is efficient, and the check-out and check-in speeds are very fast, without wasting time. After checking out, the manager also called back to close the service loop. What else can I say? I decided to give it a five-star rating as soon as I walked in. I have never stayed at this hotel before. I saw that it was newly renovated in 2023. The facilities and furniture are all new. There is a huge TV, but I didn't watch it because I arrived too late. The hotel is less than 10 minutes' walk from Exit B of Huadu Metro Station. It is very convenient to Guangzhou North or Baiyun Airport. The building behind is full of snacks and delicacies. There are a large number of apartment residential areas nearby. You can eat whatever you want. I liked this place very much when I came to Huadu last time. The front desk service of the hotel is very warm and thoughtful. I will stay here again in the future.

Very comfortable feeling, the hotel lobby is clean and tidy, the sofas are brightly colored and sunny. We have done a lot in terms of epidemic prevention. Those who enter the building are required to show the relevant QR code and have their body temperature measured. When checking in, I saw that the front desk was doing room card disinfection. The work was meticulous and trustworthy! I was given a room on a high floor. When I entered the floor, there was a separate access control on the floor, and I went in and out with the room card. The most unexpected thing is that the hotel's related fire-fighting facilities and equipment are super standardized, and there are miniature fire-fighting tool cabinets on the floors, which is rare! I usually pay more attention to this aspect when staying in a hotel. I really encountered such a hotel with super-standardized facilities and equipment and a very tempting price. The hotel is surrounded by beautiful surroundings. There are many delicious foods near the hotel. There is a food street and a Guangbai Plaza opposite. It is very convenient to travel. The service attitude of the front desk lady Yanzhi is good. The room was upgraded for free. The breakfast is delicious and self-service. The mid-shift front desk clerk also personally delivered millet porridge for midnight snack to the room. It is very warm and I like it very much. I recommend it.

We had a wonderful time to stay last night in China. The Owner was so kind and very helpful in every aspect. He knows a little bit English, which was very convenient for us (specially in China, it was a great advantage). The Metro station is very very close to the Apartment and easily you can travel any place of the city within minimum expenses. They have also Airport drop facilities, which was outstanding, specially who have early morning flight. It's also located in convenient place where you can purchase goods till mid night. I strongly recommended others to get their wonderful hospitality within a reasonable price.

I booked this hotel because my family and friends were going to Sunac Resort Land for a few days. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed my stay at the hotel, the rooms were spacious and clean. I also loved the view from my balcony which leads into the back of the hotel towards the lake and the surrounding hotels. Would love to come back and stay in this hotel next time I go to Huadu District in Guangzhou.

Upon booking, I contacted the hotel receptionist who promptly arranged a driver to pick me up from the airport. The transfer service was seamless, and I was pleasantly surprised when I was given a complimentary upgrade upon arrival. The hotel's lobby was immaculate, and the staff courteously showed me to my room, providing a thorough introduction to the hotel's facilities.

I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. The room was nice, better than the hotel photos. On a cloudy day you may feel yourself inside a cloud. The lights of city in the evening are especially good looking from the this hotel. I like the ambiance of this hotel. The vibe is a relaxed sophistication. The artwork in the hallways, elevators and public spaces is very nice. Sometimes, i find the public spaces and hallways of this hotel to be more beautiful than the room, haha. The room is well reserved and relaxing , whereas public spaces are more energetic. Probably, how it should be. The great asset of this hotel is all the staff. And that would be the first reason i will be back to this place. My room was absolutely tiny with no window to the outside and no natural light. Consequently the.little bathroom area was very damp and rapidly smelly. According to the plan, about half the rooms don't have real windows. Those that do are tinted heavily.
Fine for a one night stay but not for longer.

CChengxiqu88clean and nice remodeling. But this is not a 5 star, rather 3 to 4 star. Actually it’s a weird hotel. They completely lack the windows. The hallways are zigzagging and has a huge risk if fire breaks. I don’t know how the city government allows this kind of hotel. They turned off the heater and keep saying they turned it on. Latter they provided a space heater. I would not recommend this hotel.

SSeh KiatVery good location next to the Beijing Lu Pedestrian Walk. In the older part of the city. The surrounding is very nostalgic yet very well kept by the city.
My room is a river view high floor and it was exactly what I got. Full height window and a Tatami bed. It also came with a washer and a separate dryer. Unfortunately the dryer had to be placed in the bathroom which made it a bit cramp.
The room itself is well maintained and what I suspect to be toiletries left behind by previous occupants are displayed for subsequent travellers.
I had great sleep, unfortunately I could not enjoy the great view because it was fogged out during my stay..
Overall, think Airbnb apartment.
The building is quite aged, so the lifts are a bit slow in coming. Add to that, the entire building seems to be occupied by numerous similar operators.
BTW Check In and service desk is in apartment 1813, at least for now.
