"The hotel is relatively simple. There is a strong smell of mutton and beef as soon as you enter the room. The quilt isn't my favorite, it's just a blanket. There is no quilt to protect you with a sheet. I don't think it's very clean. Very close to the winery. There are 7/11 and gas stations nearby. Staying for one day is not a big problem."

"The hotel’s cleanliness was acceptable. Midland Gate Mall is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk or a 5-minute drive from the hotel.
However, the main drawback was the location. Midland is about 20 km away from most major attractions and the city center, which meant we had to travel an extra 20 km round trip every time we wanted to visit key destinations or return to the hotel.
The hotel only has four parking slots, and they were unavailable throughout our 4-day stay. Fortunately, there’s a large car park behind the hotel that’s free to use from 6 PM to 8 AM, and roadside parking is also an option."

"Location: Very convenient it is just a 10-15 mins drive to the Airport. You can do some last minute shopping at Woolsworth and DFO
Cleanliness: The apartment is well maintained.
Service: It is great to have a reception so we were able to stay with a peace of mind.
Facilities: The apartment has a kitchen, dining space, sofa, 2 bathroom and a laundry room with dryer. Perfect for doing my laundry before I fly home. You also have free parking within the premises.
The only shortcomings for me... there is no elevator. So we have put our stuff in a hand luggage and walk up to level 3. You will have problem if you need to re-pack your big luggages."

"Room is clean and comfortable, the farm valley is beautiful with good environment. There are two restaurants and a bar in the hotel and we go to city center for ten minutes by car. This hotel is relaxing absolutely."

"We arrived at Perth Airport at 22:35, and by the time we collected our luggage, it was already past 23:00. The taxis were charging exorbitant prices, and there were no Ubers available. In desperation, we called the host, David, who arrived in ten minutes and charged much less. We stayed next door to his house, which is on the other side of the airport. The place was very quiet, and the garden was clean. We only stayed for one night, and the next day, David even took us to pick up our car. It was great."

The residence is old but I could live with it as long as it is clean
