The first room had a strong dog smell. After changing to another room, there were many small flies and cockroaches next to the bathroom. After taking a shower, I took a towel and used it for a long time, but found that it was dirty. The hotel's solution to this was to delay our check-out until 1pm 🙄

The most worthwhile thing is that they helped us upgrade from a garden view to a lake view single-family villa for free.
