Easter holidays in the chalet with an amazing view. Full facilities and fun activities for the children. Small supermarket with very friendly owner inside the park. Restaurant with local food just at the entrance of the park was very handy after driving with the kids all morning, everyone was hungry. The chalet was very clean and was in great location. Nit far from the playground so kids can go there on their own. Easter eggs hunt and marshmallows on the fire, were some of the activities.

We stayed some days at the camping to make trips in neighborhood. The camping is on top of the Gulperberg and offers a perfect view over the hills. The camping site itself is quite long. Our place was about 500 mtrs from the receptions, swimmingpool shop and restaurant but offered a perfect view. The sanitation was good, clean and well maintained.

The only downside was a bit of mold on the roof in the bathroom. Furthermore, we had a nice and quiet stay.

Drie (3!) dagen voor aanvang boeking mail van Europarcs: geen huisje beschikbaar met huisdier. Keuze gemaakt om te annuleren. Echter, boekingsbedrag wordt binnen veertien (14!!) dagen teruggeboekt. Kortom, op korte termijn elders boeken is geen optie. Dank Europarcs! Eens maar nooit meer!

Het 5 persoons huisje is echt heel klein. Met z’n tweeën kan, maar met 5 pffffff niet te doen. Uit het mini koffiezetapparaat kun je met moeite 3 mokken halen. Ons huisje was niet schoon, toilet vies, en er miste van alles, waaronder toiletpapier, vuilniszak, lucifers voor het gasstel, er horen ook vaatwastabletten te zijn. Bij klachten geeft Europarcs aan dat ze duidelijk hebben omschreven hoe de accomodatie eruit ziet, en dat dit dus onze eigen verantwoordelijkheid is. De lucifers zijn uit veiligheidsoverwegingen uit het pakket gehaald. Hoe je dan moet koken op het gasstel is ons onduidelijk. Een dikke vette MIN voor dit 5 persoons huisje en gulperberg Europarcs. Een grote dikke PLUS voor het 4 persoons huisje dat wij enkele weken eerder gehuurd hadden. Een dikke MIN voor alle auto responders die Europarcs stuurt, meteen je eerste vakantiedag maar daar volledig niets mee doet. Een dikke MIN voor klachten afhandeling Europarcs algemeen, die ook nog aangeven dat mijn klacht niet compensatie waardig is, terwijl ik helemaal geen compensatie gevraagd heb.

Hier kom je echt tot rust!!prachtige omgeving en de accommodatie was super goed!!Modern ingericht en onze huisje had een fantastische uitzicht.Wij hebben broodjes besteld
voor de ontbijt,heerlijk!
