"Although the traffic is inconvenient, if you have a car, you can park for free. Although the room is spacious, it doesn't feel clean on the whole, and there is noise between the guest rooms. The internal swimming pool is OK."

"I live in an American buyer.
All facilities are clean and the staff are friendly.
Free coffee and tea are provided in the lobby, and every chair in the lobby is well-equipped, which is very suitable for work or meetings.
Surprisingly, there are no supermarkets around me, so I went to Wal-Mart, but even if I am alone, it is very useful to take me to Wal-Mart for free.
It is strongly recommended to use it for the next visit to the area."

"It is right off the highway. It is also very close to Sugarloaf Mill, a large shopping mall nearby. The room was clean overall, and it was very convenient because you can cook inside."

"I attended a conference at the Gas South Convention Center, and the hotel’s location was perfect for easy access. The accommodations were comfortable, and overall the stay was pleasant. The only minor challenge was parking after 10 p.m. on weekends, which can be limited, so plan accordingly."

GGuest UserSimple facilities, nothing fancy, but CLEAN and with staff that show CARE, CONCERN and an interest to do their best in giving SERVICE to their customers. Very impressed with the reaction time when a request was made, the enthusiasm to assist and the respect for the paying guests. Brick Lodge was a pleasant surprise that we will certainly consider again when visiting our daughter in Norcross. Thank you.

GGuest UserThe service is very poor. There was a man at the front desk who didn't have hot water when I asked for it. The room was not cleaned for three days and I had to get the bath towels myself. In short, the service was not good. The other facilities looked OK and the breakfast was average.

GGuest UserThe staff and management crew here are absolutely amazing. They keep the place looking great and they understand that people fall on hard times and don't put you down like most hotels. Here they work with you and give you a chance to get your things together without judgement.

GGuest UserWhat’s funny I didn’t stay at this Hotel in the dates of the 7 and 8 due to at this point I feared for my safety. I accidentally booked to earlier that day due to my job assignment had changed.
But then they reassigned me to area so I rebook and was told I couldn’t cancel previously booking which I understand but since I had been a customer for week now I was still staying so I was confused of why the matter couldn’t be resolved better than it was through the Management telling me rules are rules and now I would of had to pay for 2wice for the same room because of Rules
WOW okay.
So now I can tell my friends AMD family don’t look or e spect Red-roof to be a Great Costumer Service experience.
O I actually slept in my truck that night due to not knowing the outcome of this situation between me and the management at this red roof location.
It so so sad due I Neva complained of the roaches and dirty bathrooms I had to reclean each time I stay there and the constant people knocking on the fire cause the drug dealers ruin the hotel in this area
And even their on Redroof representatives couldn’t convince this location to work me that day
But they will not have to worry about this Guy booking Red-roof AGAINS

CChristian ArdenYou pretty much get what you pay for honestly. The place is in a decent location, close to shopping centers a mall and many restaurant so that's a plus. The staff all seem to be friendly and helpful for the most part. I'd obviously recommend it if you're needing a place to sleep and get some RnR. I'll be staying here again most definitely.
