My review would've been a lot better if there wasn't a promised breakfast. (A box with cup noodles on the floor under the microwave, in the reception area) Most of what made my stay uncomfortable were other guests, they made a mess of the kitchen and during the weekend I actually felt unsafe with the yelling, banging on walls and running through the hallway. The room was clean and comfortable with a large bathroom. Towels were fluffy and bedding clean. The coffee machine was empty but immediately refilled when I mentioned it. The cleaning staff did amazing cleaning up the mess in the kitchen every time! Usually there was no staff at the front desk so some instructions on "breakfast" and where to find staff (in the office next to the elevator) would've been nice, as well as where to find certain shared areas.

The room was perfectly clean, staff were very helpful. The location is a short bus to main Gyeongju city attractions like the palace and tombs, and there's a direct bus nearby to the bus station and the train station.

Basic but ok. Great coffee, a small kitchen to use and once the upper floor construction is ready it might be really great.

I found the service great. The place was clean and comfortable. It was also a decent walking distance from the ancient tombs.

Do not give guests necessary items such as shampoo, shower gel, etc.

The price is cheap, as long as there is no comfort requirement

The hotel is located quite far from what you want to see. About 40 minutes on foot. It is convenient to get to the bus station by bus. There is only one shop nearby. We did not find a cafe where you can have lunch nearby. The room is clean. The beds are quite comfortable. The bathroom is quite large, although this location of the shower is unusual. For one night, everything is good. There is a place to store luggage. It is very convenient.

During the day, I left my luggage in a locker. There was no one in the lobby and two quilts were drying out. In the evening, there was still no one when I checked in. The lights were not turned on in the lobby. There was a key and a message paper at the counter telling me the room number. There was no one at the entrance all day. Cleaning, but the room was still clean.

That's terrible! The wall tiles are falling off! The bed sheets were bloodstained and dirty. I got a lot of rashes on my back after sleeping on them for one night. I had to change hotels the next day!

We never saw anyone at the reception. When we arrived there was no one, we waited 30 minutes then a girl came with a piece of paper in her hand, left it there on the table and left. We tried to ask her something but she ignored us. Our name and room number were written on the paper so we took the key from the drawer ourselves and went up to the room. Breakfast was included but in the morning we discovered together with other customers that it wasn't there. In the corridors of the floors there was chaos, there was everything on the floors, blankets, shoes, bags, packages etc. ... The room however was clean and there was air conditioning and wifi. Down near the reception there are lockers where you can leave your luggage for free. Overall rating 5 out of 10.

Good place for the money. The premises are being reconstructed. The rooms are quite clean. The air conditioners in the room work.

We stayed for two days and we did not meet any service person, they left us written instructions. The accommodation was super clean, it has a small, newly built kitchen, with the basics to cook. The room was clean and comfortable. They provide towels

The room seems small but is pleasant and efficient for a short stay (3 nights)

It was very uncomfortable and unclean, without even a refrigerator.
