Batam Hotels with Gym

It was my partner’s birthday when we arrived at the hotel, and we decided to request an early check-in. We approached Customer Service, where Wan kindly attended to us. He explained that the room was still being cleaned, so we decided to take a walk around the nearby mall while waiting. The location was very convenient, and we noticed that there were several spas in the surrounding area, so we decided to book a couple’s room for a relaxing spa experience. When we returned to the hotel, our room was ready. We were delighted with the beautiful view from the 18th floor, overlooking the surrounding houses and buildings. My partner was especially happy with the thoughtful little birthday decorations in the room. We also had a lovely dinner that evening. We especially enjoyed the begedil and kept going back for more! The prawns were delicious as well, and I found myself getting seconds. To make the evening even more special, we were able to enjoy the beautiful sunset while seated in the dining area. The following day, the hotel surprised us with a slice of cake, which was a lovely touch. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the thoughtful service and little details that made my partner’s birthday extra special. I also had the Ayam Taliwang set for lunch one afternoon while my partner was out playing golf. The food was fantastic and I thoroughly enjoyed the meal. The lady who recommended the dish to me was very friendly and attentive throughout my lunch. I’m sorry I didn’t manage to get her name, but I truly appreciated how she took such good care of me and made me feel comfortable, warm, and relaxed during my meal. Overall, we had a wonderful experience throughout our stay. We will definitely be coming back again, especially whenever we are planning another spa getaway or when my partner has another golf trip.

Had a wonderful weekend stay at Radisson during my birthday. It's actually a golf resort. Location near to the newly opened K-Square mall. Within Sukajadi area with popular eateries like Anchor cafe, Madley cafe and Pagi Sore Indonesian restaurant. My room was clean and spacious with open concept bathroom and come with balcony facing the golf coourse. Hotel arranged some birthday decor as my partner informed them in advance, which is nice. Facilities includes a large swimming pool with a view of the golf course, gym, spa and restaurant. However, the second swimming pool and some amenities at the 10th floor wasn't in operations. Breakfast was awesome with lots of food variety. The manual juicer machine to make orange juice was something to remember. The hotel interior decorations have Bali design inspiration. Overall a highly recommneded hotel to stay when in Batam.

Asialink Hotel by Prasanthi is my favourite hotel in Batam. By a considerable margin. Best described as ”luxury boutique”, the management team and staff have perfected the art of hospitality here. I and my partner can find nothing to fault, from the quality of the welcome to the beautiful pool to the plentiful, varied and high quality breakfast buffet. Though a bit far from the center, you can grab or gojek anywhere easily. The suite, bed, kitchen, etc are in good condition. The breakfast spread at Wyndham hotel was good and I really like that you can squeeze your own preferred fruit juice. Eska wellness and spa is co- located , very convenient. Lastly, one of the best views of the morning sun in Batam and the joy of seeing the endless motorbike on the busy highway. However, something could be done with the bathroom's musky smell. Small issue but could be better.

It’s a relatively new resort with all the facilities that a Club Med would have (sans costs and a little discount for service level). The resort is not so lively from Monday to Thursday but there is uptick in activity and buzz on the weekend - seems the sun also adopts the same schedule as it was rainy and gloomy on the Thursday and Friday we arrived but was bright and sunny with high tide levels on the Saturday. The resort is next to Barelang bridge with a great instagrammable view - rooms are large and our sea view one had an excellent view of the islands and kelongs by the side. The Spa was on the pricier side compared to what you get in town but was still worth the costs and effort. Still an excellent choice and well worth the bargain on trip - most recommended and will do this trip again.

firstly is priority given for my request and i am absolutely happy and satisfy. all the staff present i am facing make my days wonderful and respectful. appreciate a lots secondly the peace of mine and quiet place for a good rest makes it wonderful trip in my entire days in batam will always be my good impression hotel whenever i will be in batam. Hotel staff is friendly. However, the cleanliness if the rooms are questionable. The bathtub in room 206 is clogged, the rate of water flowing in is much faster than it drains resulting in a flooded shower. There was also stains on the towels and bedsheets.

Room was relatively clean except ants on the table. However the toilet was a little dirty. The sink kept getting clogged. Ac was great and cold. The lift is very slow.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, smooth check-in, and a location that makes Sydney feel like it has opened its arms to you. No unnecessary drama, no mysterious stains, no receptionist behaving like you interrupted their poetry reading. Just warm service and a stay that feels honest from the moment you arrive. The room was comfortable, tidy, and had everything needed after a long day out. Bed did its job admirably — I slept like someone with no emails to answer. Staff were kind, helpful, and efficient. The sort of people who remind you hospitality is still a profession, not a forgotten art.

I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn Resort Batam from check-in until check-out. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. The hotel was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a very comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in the Two-Bedroom Suite, which was incredibly spacious and perfect for families or groups. The generous living space made our stay even more comfortable. The only small suggestion for improvement would be to consider adding a sink and a microwave to the unit, which would make it even more convenient for longer stays. 😅 The facilities are truly superb. The swimming pools are large and perfect for both adults and children. The gym is well-equipped, and the spa offers a great place to unwind and recharge. Families will especially appreciate the kids’ game area and leisure room, which provide plenty of entertainment options. Overall, the combination of excellent service, cleanliness, spacious accommodation, and outstanding facilities made my stay memorable. I highly recommend Holiday Inn Resort Batam to families, couples, and anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. I will definitely return in the future.
