Amazing
GGuest UserA excellent location with Exit 6 of subway to avoid stairs and only walk 2 minutes to go to the Hotel. Besides it is easy and nearby many attractions such as BIFF, Jagalchi fish market, Buoyeong Kkangtong market and so forth. Therefore, it is convenient for you dinning out with numerous choices around. The hotel room is spacious, cozy and cleanliness. The reception front desk staff are very polite, sincere and professional. The overall experience is wonderful and fanastic. However, one point that even we only take a shower with extra care and sure not splash water out. The water comes up around the gutter and leaking there so we need to put many towels on the floor to avoid slippery floor.

BBEN2The location is fantastic! Within a ten-minute walk, you'll find a bustling commercial street, a relaxing beach, as well as bus and subway stations. You can take subway line 2 just three stops to get to the largest Shinsegae Department Store. You can also head to East Busan to visit Lotte Outlets, the largest in Korea, which also has a Lotte Mart with great value for money – perfect for buying souvenirs. On the way back, take bus 1001, which uses a dedicated bus lane, making it faster than a taxi. Downstairs, there's a bakery and a convenience store, but be aware the bakery only accepts cash.

GGuest UserThe room was great, very comfortable, and fully equipped. However, I only stayed for one day and didn't get to properly familiarize myself with the place or try any of the entertainment facilities, which was a real shame. I think the experience would be much better if I stayed for a week. As a Chinese person with limited English and a bit of social anxiety, I didn't take advantage of some of the conveniences for interacting with foreigners. If you're planning a longer stay, I'd recommend this place. Even for a short stay, if you have good English, you could choose this hostel to practice speaking with foreigners. But if your English isn't great, you're a bit socially anxious, and on a budget, then any decent place will do. Still, this hostel is really excellent. If it weren't for budget constraints and lack of time, I would have definitely stayed a few more days. I'm currently staying in another hostel recommended on Xiaohongshu, but there are a lot of Chinese people here, and it has a bit of an unpleasant smell, which is a bit uncomfortable. I wish I could go back, but unfortunately, I'm only in Busan for three nights, haha. Seriously, just come and stay here, chat with foreigners, and practice your English. I never want to have 'mute English' again, sob sob sob!

TTengshangshuyaThe room was much smaller than I expected; two people could barely walk past each other. The location is quite good, though, with a convenience store right outside, making it easy to get anywhere. The value for money is decent, I guess.

JJenCaiIt’s a very basic hotel. Location is very convenient facing the beach, just a road across. Lots of eateries and less than 5min walking distance to the subway, food street, bakeries. It has 2 dryer and 2 washer at the basement. Price reasonable. Downstairs there’s a battling cage. At times can be a bit noisy. And also loud music. The wall outside window seems mouldy. Aircon has no wind at times hence we open up 2 small windows to have air circulation.

AAnonymous UserThe room has a family-sized fridge, a washing machine, a cooking counter, a sink, and a balcony. The upstairs sleeping area has a low ceiling, and the bathroom isn't very spacious. The hotel's side entrance is very close to Shinsegae Department Store and the subway, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. There are two housing centers in the same building, so be mindful of where you check in/out. Housekeeping isn't daily. The front desk staff were amazing; they helped us contact a driver to retrieve a power bank we left in the car. We're truly grateful!

GGuest Userroom was really huge and spacious. supreme location, can see half view of the ocean and right at the beach. decent service. has a kitchenette, wardrobe, fridge, stovetop, etc. beds were comfy enough. not too hard, and pillow is not too soft. what can be improved: - water pressure for the showerhead is quite weak. please change the water pressure to make it higher… - for some reason they keep giving tiny hotels by default and did not provide large bath towels. housekeeping keeps replenishing with ONLY small face towels. had to request from the reception every single time. it was quite puzzling why large bath towels were not automatically provided or replenished. it was a bit hard to find the entrance though… can be confused for seacloud hotel which is another hotel that’s connected to the same building. signage for suncloud hotel is not prominent enough and only in korean. to get to suncloud, u need to go up the building for seacloud, go to 4th floor which is seacloud’s reception, then walk to the other lift to get to 6th floor of the next building for the suncloud reception.

IiodinedqI took the KTX from Seoul to Busan Station, and the hotel was just a few hundred meters away. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including an authentic pork soup and rice restaurant and a great BBQ place. There's also a convenience store right downstairs! It's about a 20-minute walk to Lotte Department Store and Jagalchi Market, which is a nice stroll, or you can take the subway. The only downside is that you need to transfer lines to get to Haeundae. The room was quite spacious, and the service was excellent. When I reported noise in my original room, they upgraded me to a family suite for the last night. The harbor view was a bonus – I even got to watch the sunrise over the harbor from my room!

CCalvin TscIf you are looking for a stay with a view in Busan, Hotel Adela offers some fantastic visual perks, though it comes with a few logistical ”hurdles”—quite literally, if you end up taking the stairs! Here is a detailed breakdown of what to expect. The Room & Amenities The first thing you’ll notice is the generous room size. Unlike many cramped city hotels, there is plenty of space to move around. The View: The highlight of the stay is undoubtedly the stunning harbor view. Watching the bridge light up at night is a great way to wind down. Comfort: The beds are comfortable and provide a good night’s rest. Condition: While the room is clean, some of the furniture is starting to show its age and feels a bit dated. Facilities: Basic toiletries, drinking water, tea, and coffee are all provided. Note that the toilet and bathtub are in the same space (not separated). Climate Control: Be aware that during winter and early spring, the air conditioning is disabled. If the room gets too warm, you’ll need to crack the window to let the crisp Busan air in. The Elevator Challenge (The Biggest Downside) The most significant drawback is the elevator situation. The hotel only has three elevators, which is insufficient for a building of this size—especially since it is a popular choice for large tour groups from Taiwan, Thailand, and Hong Kong. Peak Hours: Between 7:30 AM – 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM, the elevators are perpetually packed. The Struggle: It can be so challenging to catch a lift that I actually had to walk down the stairs from the 15th floor to the lobby. If you have mobility issues or heavy luggage, this is a major factor to consider. Dining & Convenience On-site Eats: There is a Korean Fried Chicken restaurant on the 2nd floor that is definitely worth a try—the taste is quite good! Convenience: A CU convenience store is located right in the lobby, which is incredibly handy for late-night snacks or essentials. Breakfast Tip: I recommend skipping the hotel breakfast package. The restaurant is on the 24th floor, meaning you have to wait for the elevator to go up, and then wait again to get back down to the lobby to start your day. You’ll save money and time by eating at one of the many local spots nearby. Location & Accessibility The location is a strong point for shoppers and explorers: Metro: About a 7–8 minute walk to Nampo Station. Shopping: Very close to Lotte Shopping Mall and the famous Gwangbok-ro Shopping Street. Note: The building is shared with another hotel (North Harbor Hotel), which contributes to the high foot traffic in the lobby and elevators. Hotel Adela is a solid choice if you value a spacious room with a beautiful view and want to stay near the Nampo-dong action. However, the elevator delays are a serious test of patience. If you choose to stay here, try to avoid traveling in and out of the hotel during peak tour group hours! Pack your patience for the lobby wait, and definitely grab some fried chicken on the second floor!

GGuest UserAbsolutely stunning sea view room! The location is fantastic, with plenty of dining options nearby, and it's quite lively at night. It's also not far from the bus stop. Gwangan Bridge is right outside the door. For South Korea, the value for money here is truly exceptional.
