Makati Hotels with Gym

All of the staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. Their service was truly outstanding. During my stay, I unexpectedly needed to print some important documents for work. The staff responded immediately and handled everything quickly, which was a huge help. I stayed in a two-bedroom suite, and it was exceptionally spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, making the stay very relaxing. The location is also excellent. Greenbelt and other shopping malls are just a short walk away, either by crossing the pedestrian crossing right in front of the hotel or using the underground walkway, making everything very convenient. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

We arrived earlier than expected so we weren't sure if we could check in yet but we were able to do early check-in which was awesome. We stayed from July 19 to July 23 of 2026 They prepared a small amentity cake for us when they were informed we were traveling to celebrate us. At the front desk, everyone greeted us warmly and helped us a lot throughout our stay. Concierge left us a little confused because they struggled to answer back in English and gave us the wrong information on where to buy sim cards. We had the breakfast package for two. You were given meal cards that you had to present when you went to eat breakfast. Once you do, the lovely servers would guide you to a table and asked if you would like any coffee or tea. They would walk around and clear any empty plates to make sure you don't feel crowded at the table. We ordered drinks at the pool bar and the bartender was lovely to talk to. Despite it being just us there he welcomed us to the hotel and asked what we wished to do in Makati. Once we talked about food he began talking about many restaurants around the hotel that he believed we would enjoy. Please give him our thanks because we went to the restaurant (Manam) he recommended for good Filipino food and we absolutely loved it! The security at the hotel was very friendly and made sure everyone was safe and okay. Overall, our stay was fantastic and would recommend any of our friends and families to stay at the Makati Diamond Residents!

This hotel is in a prime location within Manila's Central Business District. It boasts excellent facilities, is spotlessly clean, and feels luxurious. The breakfast spread is also very generous. The staff, in particular, are exceptionally professional, truly living up to its reputation as a long-standing five-star luxury hotel.

I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to the entire team at New World Makati Hotel, especially the wonderful Residence Club staff who made my stay truly memorable. The Residence Club perks are absolutely worth it, and the level of service I received made me feel genuinely valued and well taken care of. A special thank you to Hazel, Bianca, and Tanya at the Residence Club Front Desk for their very warm and welcoming check-in and for accommodating my late check-out. They immediately made me feel at home. I would also like to recognize Christine from Housekeeping, who warmly greeted me while I was walking through the hallway. It may seem like a small gesture, but that kind of friendliness truly makes a difference. During the evening cocktail at the Residence Club Lounge, Wilson, Jimm, and Gian provided exceptional service and made me feel like a VIP guest. They were attentive, welcoming, and made the experience even more enjoyable. Jimm had prepared us 4 different cocktails. Thank you as well to Sherwin from Engineering for promptly assisting me and adjusting the air-conditioning temperature in my room. I truly appreciate the quick and courteous service. And of course, a big thank you to Riccie, Glenn, and Babylyn for once again giving me such wonderful VIP treatment during breakfast at the Residence Club Lounge. Your attentiveness and hospitality were very much appreciated. The room was spacious and comfortable, the staff were consistently welcoming, and the Residence Club perks were fantastic. I especially enjoyed the pool, which was amazing and a great way to relax during my stay. Overall, this was a wonderful experience. The personalized service from the Residence Club team really stood out and made me feel valued as a guest. Thank you, New World Makati, for a wonderful stay. I will definitely be back soon!

The hotel is in a great location in Makati, right next to SM Mall, making it convenient to get anywhere. It's also only a fifteen-minute drive from the airport. There are a lot of guests, and overall it's good, but the hotel is a bit old. The breakfast is rich and excellent. The hotel has a gym and an outdoor pool, which are both decent. It feels very safe!

For a 5 star hotel, the service is very annoying. They would call me randomly to ask for feedback a few hours after I checked in. They would knock on my door early in the morning while I'm still sleeping to do a ”room check”... On the day of my check out, I had a knock on the door a bit past 9am, I ignored it as I was still in bed but they kept ringing the bell. I finally got up and the lady asked ”is there anything I can help with?”. Yes leave me alone. I went back to bed to rest and then got a phone call soon after as a reminder that check out is at 12pm. It's not even 10am yet and your staff already interrupted my sleep twice. Trying to get the room clean involves multiple phone calls. Once I left it to see how long it would take but at 6pm, I had to call since they never came during the day. Another time they cleaned, the cleaners said they ran out of towels so there would be someone who would deliver soon. I forgot about it until we went to have a shower and then it took almost an hour for the towels to arrive so we had to wait to use the bathroom as they took away the dirty towels so we didn't have anything to dry ourselves. Don't order room service. The food is very bad. I actually gagged on a drink they prepared. The TV is very old, they are still using cable technology. WiFi is patchy. Trying to get up and down the lift is a nightmare if you come at the wrong time as the line gets backed up all the way out into the street. My girlfriend was stopped by over eager security staff when she was trying to leave to buy some snacks as the room service meals were so bad even tho she had a room key and they would not let her up to the lobby on the 6th floor without me. Instead, I had to go down and pick her up from the ground floor where she was sitting in the corner like she was in trouble.

Very dissappointed about the condition of the room they provided and the amount of the security deposited. Old and kinda dark lights inside the room. They are requiring 4k security deposit despite of the condition of the hotel and rooms. Hotels located in BGC, Cubao, Pasay and Paranaque they are not requiring that SD amount even though they are high rated hotel compare with this Hotel. With that amount of SD they shoud upgrate their TV into Smart TV one instead of ordinary cable tv access. With that kind of ambiance, I felt im staying in Sogo or budgeted hotel room. Not classy looking room. Housekeeping staff are very accommodating unlike front desk staff whic is very snob. Over all rating 7 out of 10.

What I like about this hotel is the location and the aesthetically pleasing rooms. The bathtub is also a plus. Breakfast selection needs some improvement. Service is great and the lady at the front desk, Zea, is very accomodating and very helpful.

Many times i stayed in this hozel bcoz of the location close to all specislly to shopping, with pool but the elevator is not working well but im happy to stay there safe n quiet

The hotel is in prime location for p burgos St nightlife across the road from the filling station 24hours restaurant (well worth a visit) shops just down the road plenty of places to eat around close by. Hotel rooms are dated could do with some very much needed renovation staff are helpful and friendly do get a lot of girls hanging around the entrance at night looking for customers but don't bother you to much
