The front desk clerk had a very bad attitude. The ventilation in the room bathroom was constantly turned off. I called them several times to arrange for someone to come and check it out, but they didn't actively arrange for someone to come and check it out. The owner of this hotel does not train the employees well, and the quality of the employees is extremely poor, which shows that the service is not up to par. The cleaning lady asked us to check out immediately (there were still 40 minutes before check-out). We had to pay (50) yuan for losing the room card. The room card was made of gold, so don't lose it. The attitude was very bad. This is still the case in a newly opened hotel... The main reason is that the cleaning lady has no manners...

The hotel is really good in every aspect, but!! I would like to praise the hotel customer service for waking you up at 1 o'clock on time. It may be because of the deposit I paid the day before yesterday!! It is not enough, and they are worried that I will oversleep and cannot pay the money💰. Or is this deposit just for ordinary people like us? When I checked out, the sister in the lobby said to me that I was ridiculous. I think she was saying that I was cute! Thank you for your meticulous and enthusiastic service attitude.
