The location is OK, not far from the Municipal People's Hospital, Qilou Old Street and Century Park. The room is separated into wet and dry areas, which is quite convenient. The accommodation is quiet, clean and tidy. The breakfast tastes good. There is a parking space in front of the door. If it is well managed, it should be no problem to park 20 cars. However, the service is not as good as what I saw on Ctrip before. It is just average. They did not show much patience, meticulousness and initiative. I handed in the room card at 8 o'clock in the morning and informed to check out, but the hotel called me in the afternoon to ask when I would check out. This management is not good. When booking a room, there is a right to exchange breakfast. I filled in two, thinking that it was two per day, so if I stayed for two nights, it would automatically be four, but I misunderstood. I don't know if I am stupid or the terms mislead guests. The hotel refused to take responsibility. Finally, Ctrip compensated me 56 yuan to solve it. Ctrip is quite responsible. The hotel is not generous enough. 56 yuan is not much, but the experience I gave was not very good.
