I booked a room with Ctrip. I thought it was an old hotel after reading the reviews, but I was surprised when I came in. The room environment is very good, the facilities are not old, it is quiet, it is close to the duty-free shop, and it feels very safe next to the provincial government. The bedding is silky and clean, and it is a good place to sleep. I was very relieved and also gave two bottles of milk and two small lucky bags as gifts, which felt good. When leaving the hotel, the concierge Wang Mingyang helped load the car and carry the luggage. He was very polite and thumbs up.

The customer service was superb and they accommodated my change in travel plans towards the end of my stay. I would recommend this hotel if you want to live amongst the local people, looking for something affordable and wanting a spacious room.

Stayed here for a night. It was a pleasant stay. Hotel gave off a dated vibe which I enjoyed. Staff was courteous. Amenities were sufficient. There was also a small public hot spring facility just outside the hotel and a tub you can fill with hot spring water in hotel room. Different varieties of food served during breakfast. Location is convenient to go to qilou old street. We took a cab.

The rooms are spacious and clean, most important the beds are good size and quite comfortable. There is a pool next door with hot tub (natural) which was nice and enjoyable. We had a three stay as we were visiting family in Haikou, I can recommend the hotel.

Well this is a love hotel guys. If you're a couple you might go for this. Tho see that there's no privacy at all - no bathroom door, and the bathroom itself is transparent...
