It has a very large space for the room. Staff were efficient and friendly.

The room was quite spacious, listed at 32 square meters. It came fully furnished with a two-seater sofa, a table, a wardrobe, and more. While the decor isn't brand new, it's spotless and very well-maintained, which was perfectly acceptable. Transportation is convenient, with two bus stops, Xianlouqian and Taiyue, just a three-minute walk away. It's also conveniently located on the route to Taoyuantai, where you can catch the cable car.

The room size was very big. But it’s rather old; many cigarette butts on the balcony floor so we didn’t even want to step out. Each time someone flushed the toilet it gave out such loud noise, which sound like a jet engine. It really needed some upgrade. The onsen was the highlight of the stay. Very nice and relaxing. Breakfast was decent with many choices. Location wise it is rather far from the Yumoto station.

The hotel service was excellent. While the facilities were a bit dated, they were perfectly clean. The buffet offered a wide variety of food. Dinner included 90 minutes of free-flow drinks for just under HKD 100, which was excellent value. The hot spring water was the odorless type.

The buffet is definitely the biggest highlight here. The hot spring was decent, and didn't have any strong odor. The room, however, felt quite dated.

The location is quite convenient, and the food is good compare the price.

Nestled in the mountains of Hakone, it's a bit inconvenient to get to, but the onsen baths are fantastic and the food is excellent. Superb value for money, I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are large, hot spring is excellent but no English channels on the TV Many channels!!

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness. The room had noticeable stains on the carpet,curtains and the upholstery, which made the space feel unkempt and uncomfortable. There were also pen marks on the walls and surfaces, suggesting that proper cleaning had not been carried out. Overall, the lack of attention to detail in maintaining cleanliness significantly impacted my experience. I would not recommend this hotel until they address these issues.so we are requesting for refunding the full amount

Rooms are big enough bonus id part of the room is japenese style. Great breakfast.

Locate near bus stop. Easy to travel along Hakone area. Definitely will stay again

Beautiful hotel!!! And very helpful staff. I love all the facilities in this hotel. There have a big onsen. The location is near the Ropeway just 15 minute. But from train station is a bit far by bus. There also have a welcome drink and snack bar. The breakfast was incredible, too many choice and delicious!! Overall, me and my family had a good time and love this hotel!!

I will stay again.
