Read positive reviews about the hotel however located in unsafe area of town. Used train and bus to reach hotel and didn’t feel comfortable at all. Room was very noisy as well and couldn’t sleep due to notice from adjourning room. Staff was very cold and uninviting.

Ich war das erste Mal im Motel One Altona, bin sonst sehr zufrieden mit den Standards und dem Service. Das war diesmal anders. Ich empfehlen allen, nicht im Anbau zu mieten. Die Zimmer haben den Geist von vor 20 Jahren. Ich kenne diese Zimmer mit dem Waschbecken noch aus alten Frankfurter Zeiten. Der Empfang war "ging so". Meine Frau steht neben mir und der Mann fragte, wer noch später auf das Zimmer kommt. Eine kostenlose Flasche Wasser habe ich auch nicht bekommen, auf die versprochene Mail mit der Rechnung warte ich bis heute. Die Betten sind gut, der Barkeeper ist große klasse. Emphatisch und respektvoll, mit großer Kenntnis ausgestattet.

Leider wurde uns auf dem Hotelparkplatz die Heckscheibe eingeschlagen und ein Trolley mit hochwertigen Objektiven entwendet, leider ist der Parkplatz NICHT komplett mit Überwachungskameras ausgestattet ( natürlich genau diese Ecke wo ich stand…. Dies wurde uns vorher auch nicht mitgeteilt, dann hätten wir genauso gut auf der Straße parken können und hätten dann garantiert alles mitgenommen. Wozu dieser Parkplatz kostenpflichtig ist, erschließt sich mir nicht. Personal war nett und das Hotel soweit okay. Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert.

Wer nicht in diesem Hôtel war, hat Hamburg nicht gesehen!! Perfektes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, wunderschöne Zimmer und vor allem tolle Mitarbeiter die man ihresgleichen lang suchen muss!! Eines jener Hôtels in denen ich mich am wohlsten gefühlt habe! Ich komme definitiv bald wieder!!
