"The history is very long, so don't expect modern facilities, the whole is clean and tidy, the restaurant is also very good, the English hot breakfast can meet the Chinese stomach, the teddington is very safe, close to the airport, SL7 It takes more than 30 minutes to come."

"When choosing this hotel, one of the main reason was it stated that parking is free, but when checking in, we were asked to pay £5 per day. Room was old and tired. Bath tub doesn't look clean and really small, night as well provide shower only."

"It was clear that they were understaffed. We had to wait an extra 30 minutes to check into our room because it was not ready. Food was not served quickly - we had to ask waiters to get us drinks (they initially told us to order our own drinks at the bar). Other couples were given tables ahead of us even though we were waiting in line first. Overall poor service for the whole weekend. The amenities are great - good food, leisure facilities and spa."
