I booked a hotel after a night trip to Wulin Pier. It took ten minutes to share a bicycle and the starting price of a taxi. Breakfast is 68 full price for a child over 1.2 meters tall. Thank you to the front desk for sending the children's breakfast. The baby in the bathtub loves it and can watch TV while washing. It's been too hot in Hangzhou these days. As a result, I couldn't sleep well without air conditioning. I am very satisfied with the service and feel very safe. Radisson is really nice.

The front desk service staff小鲍 was very helpful! We checked in almost 11ish at night. He was patient and gave us additional amenities as housekeeping was already closed for the night. Breakfast spread is wide. There's a 'live' noodle station. Nothing like freshly cooked hot noodles with wanton. Good spread of greens fresh salad and fruits with other Chinese hot items. Convenient location. There's 1 nice restaurant just 1 min down the road that serves till late. Their 'dongpuo' braise pork roast is really good. Another seafood noodles & porridge restaurant next door is great too. On the same row is a Lawson supermarket. Very convenient. InTime shopping centre is within walking distance. Wulin Square is a little further down the road. So is the metro station.

This was my second time coming here. A group of us travelled to Hangzhou to celebrate my friends birthday. The guest manager and Damon on the front desk were very helpful when organise a cake and some decorations to make sure the room was personal. They also gave us a free upgrade and free VIP to celebrate the birthday thank you so much. The service at the gym was amazing Christiana speaks good English and he explained how the gym and swi***ool service works. The gym has a lot of equipment and the swimming pool is at the right temperature. The breakfast has a variety of both English and Chinese food and it's a good spread. We loved our stay at JW Marriott. Lastly, I would like to thank the concierge Albert he was so helpful he helped us with our takeaway food and also explained to our taxi driver the directions. He was polite and offered us masks before our travel this is a true example of excellent service thank you Albert you should be in management.

Overall a great hotel, have stayed here before covid. But currently the restaurant is closed, so there is no on site food nor room service available. Breakfast is basic but ok. I went to Hangzhou on May 1st and booked a room half a month in advance. The premium of the Hangzhou Hotel on May 1st was serious. Usually two or three hundred would be seven or eight hundred. This hotel is still relatively kind. Although there is a price increase, it is not outrageous. It is about 350 a night. The location is not bad, although not in the core area of West Lake, but not far, within 5 subway stations, three stations from the East Station. The normal pace of the subway exit is about 5-8 minutes. I am a little worried about the comments score. Check-in found that it was good, the old Samsung hotel, the room was not small, clean and hygienic, there was a small refrigerator. The disadvantage is that the facilities may be old, the bathtub is not good, and the air conditioner is not strong. Fortunately, it is not hot during May 1st, and there is no need for air conditioning at night. It is best to ask if the central air conditioner is turned on. There is a Chinese restaurant on the fifth floor. It seems that it is also taking on large banquets. Hangbang dishes taste unexpectedly good. I just hope to give a small discount to the guests staying at the hotel. In addition, nearby Hema, Ding Ding can be delivered, or very convenient.

We always enjoy our stay when we come here! The check in was easy and the front desk spoke English and were very friendly. The bed is super comfy and I love the tub! There seems to be a lot of restaurants nearby (along the river) but were closed due to CNY. We look forward to coming back and exploring more. Kerry Center was an easy 40 min walk or so

There is a reminder at the front desk when you check in. The bed is very soft, but the sheets and pillowcases are a bit stained. If it is changed, it is really not clean. • Facilities: Toiletries are very complete, toothbrushes are very good, not as hard as some hotels, and small soap. The shower and the toilet are separated by a curtain, but the curtain is a little short to block the water. After the shower, the toilet area outside the shower also gathered a large pool of water.
