第一，app去酒店入住是沒有給你免費升房的，這是我第一次在這家酒店遇到的情況。就兩間房給你挑，一間是整個樓層裏最邊上最小的，一個是電梯旁邊的，你挑吧？第二，早餐真的是感人啊，沙拉大概是昨天就剩下的，我可是7點20就到了，就這個樣子。連麪包也衹有一片，沒什麼吃的，咖啡也沒有的，黃油也沒有，太差了。煮的這個混沌你們自己嘗過沒有？非常非常非常鹹了。我已經是很重口味的人了，壓根攢不下口！這個牌子家的酒店我第一次遇到這麼差的！不建議任何人來住這裏

辦理入住之後，進門就發現有多個明顯腳印，灰塵大，有異味，設施比較舊 衣櫃破舊不乾淨，旁邊的房間還擺放着裝修材料，把東西放了之後讓前台重新打掃，晚上回來發現燈光特別暗，空調很響，於是決定提前退房，前台態度也非常一般，對比價格，挺不值的，建議多加考慮。

先説環境：周邊環境不錯，近地鐵口交通便利，房間挺大的，床也很舒服，大落地窗，視野上非常嗨皮，但是空調開了一晚上，外面一直有水滴的到鐵板上的聲音，還有空調會隔一段時間來個大喘氣，搞的我晚上起來好幾次，關了空調吧，又冷，這就很難受。
再來説衞生：我辦好入住後因為要見朋友，看了一眼房間就走了，結果今天早上我才發現，床頭上有疑似口香糖的東西，我有點無語了，這衞生有些馬虎了吧。
最後來説下服務：我退房的時候，因為周圍有人在辦理入住，我本意是想着不要影響別人入住或退房，就對前台説，你們的意見簿在哪，我有些建議要提（這個時候我就想在意見簿上寫下衞生的問題），結果前台給我來了一句聽不懂我在説啥，然後我又用普通話説了句要意見本，前台服務人員還是説了句聽不懂你再説什麼，就去給別人辦理入住了，我想着等他處理完，我再説一下，結果人家壓根不理我了，我之後又用普通話問了下，我的退房辦理好了嗎，前台直接就嗯了一聲就算了。在下午的時候他們酒店雖然有電話回訪，但是這個事情我還是作出客觀的評價吧。如果不是電話回訪，我恐怕對服務要評價為極度不滿意。

房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生無異味，地理位置優越緊靠着地鐵站，周邊購物吃飯非常方便，酒店的早晨特別棒，尤其推薦小餛飩，特別強調一下：房間隔音效果特別好，睡覺不會被打擾！

設施真的很一般，很一般，很一般！然鵝，早餐的小混沌和麪條真好吃啊，是以往吃過的最好吃的餛飩，南方風格的湯，北方風格的餡，兩個本來不融合的做法被完美結合！推薦吃貨來住，但一定要忽略吃以外的東西😂😂
