Spent about a night, but there was an intense smell into that I couldn’t even enjoy my food. But’s well located though.

Breakfast is too simple and no coffee

Staying in this place has been like a punishment. There has been just 2 positive things: the location and the washing machine inside the room. Apart than these 2 things, my experience has been terrible. The bed is the worst one: the mattress was fake because inside the mattress cover there was just wood I think. I spent one week without sleeping properly because all my bones hurt. It was as hard as sleeping on the floor. The room was different from online pictures and it was really really dark (even with lights turned on). I found it with the small window open and full of mosquitos. Apart than towels and blankets (which were very clean), the room was dirty. I think that nobody has never cleaned the toilet tiles and there were also ***** hair on the wall I think. I spent the week being careful about not touching any wall. I don't need to explain how was the inside of the cabinet.

Super comfy hotel & room. Clean & neat. Stayed here for 4 nights. Really liked the interior and the service, everything is perfect! There's many food stall next to the hotel.

Location was good. Stuff very friendly. Room was clean. Only thing I didn’t fancy was the reusable slippers (although seemed like they were cleaned thoroughly tho). All in all nice place, will recommend.

The room facilities are generally good. You can dry clothes on the balcony on the 6th floor. The hotel is very safe. There is free parking in the courtyard. The staff are very enthusiastic.

I stayed in this hotel when I came to Hangzhou. It was a good experience. The room was clean and hygienic with complete facilities. The location is excellent and convenient for travel. There is a bus stop right outside and Metro Line 2 is not far away. There is a Songjiang Seal nearby, which has everything you need for eating, drinking and having fun. The front desk service was very warm and thoughtful, and the housekeeping staff cleaned the room spotlessly, making people feel at ease. There is a drying terrace on the sixth floor, which is good and worth recommending.

There are also many restaurants downstairs. There is a convenience store near the hotel. It is really convenient. I will definitely stay here when I return to Hangzhou. The transportation is also very convenient. There is a parking lot. It is also very convenient to the subway station. The travel is very good. The attitude of every waiter is very good!

The room I originally booked was very small, but the front desk upgraded it for free. Thank you very much~ The room was very clean, the soundproofing was good, and the takeaway was delivered by a machine, which was also very safe. I will book this hotel again next time I come
