Best hotel close to West Lake!
The bed was comfortable, the room was clean & spacious！Amenities were all complete. It's close to city center and has mountain view as advertised. Will stay here again if I go back to Hangzhou.
Most important thing is they accept foreigners 😁

説是山景房子結果進去根本看不見山
酒店設施老舊，落地窗也是封起來的
前台臉也很臭，要啥沒啥

攜程上預訂的，説是提前到10點可以入住，結果到了下午1點多了，房間還沒有收拾好，又等了1個多小時，到兩點多才住進去，前台説是不管哪裡訂的房間，還需要100塊的按金，離開的時候説是1到3個工作日才可以退，房間隔音不好，房型與預訂的圖片上也不一致，免費送的水果也沒送，一次性的拖鞋也沒有，房間的設施也真是夠簡單的，除了早飯還可以，這是唯一欣慰的地方，在杭州也住過好幾家酒店了，同價位的這個是真讓我無語的。

硬件滿分，服務0分。
在西溪路上，後面就是山，對面是螞蟻金服，位置非常清幽，吃飯也方便，酒店雖然新裝修，但除了木頭味重之外，甲醛的味道倒不明顯。因為新裝修的關係，所以房間整體看起來很乾淨，就硬件來説，可説是非常完美。
但完全沒有服務可言。
入住時，擕程有送一個房間升等，前台姑娘便説，我幫你升等一個房間，一開門看到雙床，有點傻眼，我説，我一個人入住，不需要雙床，可以換大床給我嗎？
前台一開始説就只能升成標間，直到我再問才不耐煩的説「大床沒有了，而且大床還要更貴的！」其實連假期間，房源緊張可以理解，一開始就説「沒有大床房了，給您升為雙床，你看合不合適？」不是比客人問才説，更好嗎。
按了請勿打擾的燈，服務員還是一大早來敲門説要打掃，而且也不管妳人是不是在房裡，敲兩聲，就直接開門了，於是每天都被嚇醒......
早餐券也非常奇葩的管理，打字太累，就不説了，然後因為在山邊的關係，房間裡會出現各種蟲......
總之，原本想多住兩天，但這個管理跟服務，我也就放棄了。

酒店很新，但沒啥異味。後面就是山，整體環境很安靜。山上還有座貌似不太出名的寺廟。馬路對面就是螞蟻金服，離西溪濕地，西湖，靈隱寺都不算遠，算鬧中取靜了。下次還會來。
