酒店距離地鐵站很近，步行幾分鐘就到啦，交通還是很方便的，酒店有小機器人可以送外賣，非常的方便，入住後客服嫚嫚小姐姐就給我們送來了歡迎水果和麪膜，真是太貼心啦，房間裏還有成套的護膚品可以用，11樓還有自助洗衣房，洗衣房也很方便，這是一家全方面為客人着想的酒店

一家很不錯的酒店，性價比高，入住時前台接待很熱情，晚上有客服管家給送來水果，晚上想去找吃晚飯的地方，剛好電梯了碰到了給我們辦入住手續的嫚嫚，就直接問她啦，酒店二樓就有餐廳，還可以打7.8折，步行一段路就有個金海城商場，裏面也有很多吃的，剛好先散散步就選擇了出門用餐

前台服務難以恭維，語氣很沖，一百來塊的酒店前台語氣都比這好，我點了好幾個外賣，讓機器人送，外賣員説不會操作，我就讓他放前台，我打電話讓前台送，一個女士接的電話，語氣很不耐煩，我心想我也沒惹你啊，她在跟我抱怨外賣員偷懶説不會，都是外賣員放機器人裏面直接送的，是外賣員沒放讓你不爽了向我吐槽嗎？那跟我有什麼關係，你放一下進機器人很累嗎？我住那麼多有機器人的酒店就第一次碰到説必須外賣員放機器人送的，你們酒店這不屬於前台工作範疇嗎？大部分不是前台讓外賣員放架子上前台的人放機器人送？有些酒店還設定密碼不讓外賣員碰機器人呢，我打電話問了你向我吐槽是幹嘛啊，合適嗎？既然你能放，你放完送上來就行了，我不想聽你吐槽廢話語氣還那麼沖，不喜歡這份工作嗎？
還有房間裝修門口牆紙都開裂了也沒補一下，床品浴巾也很一般，配不上這價格。
打電話問前台有沒有數據線，他説櫃子裏面有數據線，我一看居然是掃碼收費數據線，太掉價了吧，我住隔壁漢庭都沒有這玩意，哪個有機器人的中端酒店有這玩意？你可以沒有數據線但是不能有收費的，一般前台都能借數據線，可圈可點的也就拖鞋了，拖鞋質量很棒，平時住的5星有些都沒這個質量好，同檔次質量最好的！
這個價錢很一般，還不如去住漢庭我還能有積分。

環境：説房間很大，很寬敞明亮，衞生乾淨整潔，設計風格簡單獨特

真的沒想到酒店旁邊還停便利，旁邊就是地鐵口，還有有一家大型超市，肯德基麥當勞啥的吃都有，工作人員琳達還主動熱情介紹周邊美食和景點，酒店停車地面和地下室都有，開車的寶子們不用擔心停車問題，酒店房間也不錯，空間面積大，簡單乾淨，從酒店出發去那個西湖賊方便地鐵直達.晚上夜宵不怕沒地方去這邊有個叫九堡一區二區三區的地方三條街都是吃的非常意外和驚喜，美食之街

酒店大堂很大很氣派，休息區的沙發很軟很舒服，趕上時間感謝琳達的紅糖薑茶，喝上一杯暖暖的，超舒服，本人真是特別特別的貼心，另外房間佈置乾淨清爽，面積在同等價位的酒店裡算大的，床品，衞浴，沙發，燈光，空調，大面積的落地窗都很棒，超值的體驗。入住叫了好幾次送東西客房服務，響應很快，一次智能機器人送上門，一次服務人員送上門，很好的體驗、主要酒店位置也方便，旁邊就是地鐵口，去杭州東站，西湖遊玩都很方便、總體很滿意的

這次出差選擇的這家酒店真的不錯，進入房間我真的驚呆了面積應該有30-35平方米，開門就是一個衣櫃間，隔出一個衞生間做到了乾濕分離馬桶和洗漱台，在杭州着寸土寸金的地方，客房這麼大年紀也是很少了吧，酒店房間間裝修比較簡單、整體還是比較舒服的，不知道有沒有人覺得隔音不好很好，後面有高架橋，如果是睡眠比較淺的還是要考慮一下，周邊配套設施還算可以，旁邊有個商場.地鐵也在旁邊，去火車東站和西湖還是挺方便，總體來説還是可以的，個人比較喜歡睡懶覺，感謝工作人員琳達幫我免費延遲了退房，下次出差還會選擇這家入住
