Had a great stay at Radisson Blu Xintiandi. The doorman immediately helped to open the cab door when I arrived and helped with my luggage. The receptionists were very friendly and arrange a high floor room for me. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. Modern design and I also got delicious welcome fruits. The location is good, close to the city center but still not right in the middle so there was no traffic jam at any point. There is also subway station nearby. The hotel surrounding has many restaurants that open until very late so it’s convenient to get something to eat.

Radisson Blu really stole my heart this trip. They gave us a free upgrade as we’re celebrating a birthday and superb service. The bed was huge and the bathtub and toilets/vanity area was super clean and sparkly. They even have a robot delivery and the helped us order ******* when our apps weren’t working. Will definitely be back again and highly recommend staying in this hotel although it may be a little further.

Everything was fine and smooth, very fast Check-in, the only issue was asking for Rmb 1000 room deposit??!! Since trip.com already charged me the room full rate as a security deposit, and I paid the full room charges to the hotel directly, why I am asked to pay second deposit??!! I think the room security deposit is outdated and should not be used in this time. With many security deposits, the fund will be blocked in my card and can't use it waiting for security deposit refund!!! (my booking was pay at the hotel)

The hotel is ideally located to watch the Cirque du Soleil X Show. The staff are friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a complimentary Chinese tea. There was a problem with the heating system in our room and they immediately gave us another room.

Nice Hotel. Walking distance to a metro stop. Near two malls. Decent selection of restaurants nearby including western chains. Some stylish bars and clubs also nearby. Stayed only one night, but it was a very good experience. Only thing, watch out for the hot water coming out of the shower 😂

I have stayed at this hotel many times. I enjoy the large soaking tub. The staff is always very helpful. The breakfast buffet has a large variety food to choose from and the evening seafood buffet is also quite good.

The room is very hot with the air condition the lower set is 28 degree and outside temperature is 16 degree. We complain to reception and they just put a fan in our room. If need to using fan in room why we choose for 5 star hotel with expensive price, better stay at 3 star hotel.

I booked for the business trip to Hangzhou. Only stay one night. Not very good experience. After taking shower and changed to pajamas… found there was smudge on the bed….the staff asked me wait and want to find housekeeper to change the bed sheet at 1am?!? I turned down. And the staff asked me to change room. Packed again and moved to another room and settled down at 2am finally….

By far the best location if you are going to the Cirque du Soleil, just 5 minutes walking distance, super comfortable. Rooms are good, breakfast decent. I tried to have dinner in the supposed Japanese restaurant, but was a disaster. Food terrible, extremely limited menu, worst food experience ever in a hotel. Eat somewhere else.
