浴缸簡直了！非常舒服！ 最爽的是大屏幕和音響 有會員電影隨意看！房間衹有一層所以拿外賣太方便了就在電梯口！ 建議喜歡的提前訂 當天訂價格差太多了！

非常滿意的一次旅行下榻，入住體驗很舒適，喜歡看球賽，觀賽觀影體驗極佳 ！ 要給出特別評價的是前台服務人員小美女們、2位不辭辛苦接地氣的保潔大美女，服務態度親和，周到 ！依實而評，不多説，來杭州旅行、出差等等的帥哥美女們可以優先選擇下榻，酒店周邊吃喝玩也很方便 ！

酒店離地鐵站有點距離，對外地遊客有點不方便。前台同事殷勤，我開動不了空調機，小哥二話不說，便攪掂。房有窗，外望街景，開濶。洗手間有日式電動馬桶，給讚。酒店週遭食店林立，方便。如要求不高，房內的投影，也是一個體驗。

離火車站附近，打個車就會到，坐地鐵遠一點，去西湖很方便的方式，吃吃喝喝也很方便，外面的地方有麥當勞喔，

很差的一次入住酒店 本是不想點評的 第一次入住 8.28號入住 位置很偏僻 不好找 當時我們無線網 和投屏都連接不是 就叫了前台 有個男的進來 一副很拽的樣子 在哪操作 隨便找了個電視出來 説好了 後面一看還是沒連上 我自己連接上了 第二次入住 跟噁心 10.10號 入住 魚缸是有點破裂的巾紙都沒有 後面告知前台幫我們放紙巾 晚上回去還是沒有
這就不説了 我們想要兩瓶水，他説三塊錢一瓶 天 差不多300塊錢定的房間 什麼破規定？他們前台根本沒有什麼服務意識 你所需要的東西還要去前台拿他都不會給你送 半夜，我去買水 前台有個女的睡在前台叫我自己去拿 我c 真不懂 12點退房 人家酒店都是2點 而且浴缸裏面全是成灰 一分也不想給 看圖片就懂 不會再去入住的酒店 ……
