Greeted by the hotel staff with a drink.
Room was fancy but not much space to store luggage.
Cleanliness is rather ok, just there were some stains on the bedsheets and the shelves is abit dusty.
Not many options of food for breakfast, fried rice, fried noodle, but good that they have options to choose from eg pho, scrambled eggs, porridge, ham etc.
Location was great, its near the centre of the main attractions streets in Hanoi like egg coffee, Bahn mi 25, pho 10, beer street etc.

The location of hotel is very good just nearby hoan kiem lack, but old… condition and hard to find the hotel for us.

It was such a nice time in Hanoi thanks to the stuff, they are so friendly and always asked if everything was fine or if I needed some help. I definitely recommend this hotel

總體來説，體驗比較一般，比起中國的酒店來説，性價比差一些。配置比較一般，但價格也不高。總的來説這方面沒有太多要求。但是這裏的洗髮水香皂，一次性拖鞋也不會主動提供補充的，需要向服務人員索取，這點體驗不太好。酒店的早餐雖然品種不算豐富，但是口味也還行，注意的是，早餐的雞蛋需要向服務人員索取，而不是給大家提供自助。
酒店的地理位置還是不錯的，位於老城區。吃喝附近景點都可以步行到達。但下次如果再來，我可能會考慮更換一家酒店。

フロントデスクの対応もとても良く、旧市街地に近く便利で、大変良いホテルでした。日本人でも安心して宿泊できました。宿泊した部屋は６階のプレミアムルームでしたが、思ったよりかは狭かったのですが、問題なく快適に過ごせました。このホテルなら安心して宿泊できること間違い無いです。ありがとうございました。

結論から言うとあまり満足できませんでした。

호텔 위치는 무척 좋았고 친철했다
단점을 굳이 꼽자면 연식이 오래된 건물 하지만 무척 깨끗하게 관리되었고 조식도 괜찮았다!
