The hotel is convenient and nearly with famous place in old quarter and the room is good and big room however there are noise from children and people on 2nd floor

Most of the hotels in the old quarter of Hanoi are narrow, so it is difficult for taxi drivers to find them. It took me a while to find this hotel without exception.
The staff were friendly and we had a great time.
The room was clean, so I was satisfied with it, but the drainage was bad and even when I took a shower, water was pooling at my feet.
Breakfast was not a lot, but it was a fun and delicious meal with a sufficient repertoire.
Overall, I think it's a good hotel.
If I go to Hanoi next time, I will use it.

We stayed at the Centrepoint in December 2023. The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance to most tourist spots. The website says it’s a brand new hotel - I’m not so sure about this but the amenities are modern and the room was nice, spacious, clean and in keeping with what is to be expected of a 3* hotel. The staff were so lovely, especially manageress Lily who helped us to book an incredible one day excursion to Halong Bay. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely addition to our stay. Would we stay there again?…Yes!!!
