1，大型免費停車場。
2，距離政務中心比較近，辦事方便。
3，酒店有中餐，宴請方便。
4，酒店框架式大樓，安全，房子隔音好，
5，酒店乾淨衞生。
6，酒店床品很舒服。
7，酒店有免費刮鬍刀，夜宵，果盤，體貼。
8，早餐工作人員服務熱情好客。
9，熱水穩定。出熱水快。洗澡舒服。
缺點：
1，保安呆板，工作懶散，不指引停車，沒有主動服務意識。
2，前台接待不友善，不友好，不愛崗敬業。
3，酒店飲品很單調寒酸。
4，酒店客房滅火器過期了，建議定期更換。
5，酒店沒有充電樁。
6，酒店沒有免費自助洗衣機和烘乾機。
7，酒店沒有免費健身房。

很舊的酒店，但是卻很乾凈！早餐很好吃 煮麪的阿姨把麪煮的特別好吃，牛奶麥片蔬菜包子飯菜一應俱全，礦泉水足量供應，到這裏以後還會來住。

選擇的是到店付款，但是辦理入住很快捷，退房時的按金也在辦理退房的時候同時到賬了。停車場管理人員很熱情，為我們熱情介紹哪裡可以吃飯，哪裡飯菜如何，房間裏還備有水果，到了晚上還有服務人員送綠豆湯到房間，真是不錯的服務。下次如果來漢陰還會入住這家賓館。
